There were few shopping facilities and restaurants around this hotel, but we could stay clean and quiet.
Our room was spacious and there was no problem for my family(2adults, 2kids), and it was helpful that there was a large refrigerator and a mini kitchen.

Things were very good and the staff was great. A few more choices in the restaurant would be nice.

I can’t say enough how lovely our stay was. Frank who is the host for this loft was very kind, there if you needed him and just overall genuine understanding guy which I appreciated very much. As far as the loft itself it was clean, comfortable and unique. The way the set up is reminds me of a hidden swanky gem in San Francisco but you get that right here in Petaluma. You would never guess looking from the street just how beautiful and big this loft is. Jaw dropping to say the least.
My favorite was the rain walk in shower and how you could watch tv from the living room while in bed of the room downstairs just by opening the farm house doors. The bedroom was the only thing upstairs, which is nice privacy wise, a wall of windows looking down at the living room opens the bedroom up with natural stunning sunlight from the sunroof that lays above. I appreciated the full kitchen where I was able to grocery shop, bring the food back and cook instead of spending money out on every meal. Everything you need is here at this loft to make you feel right at home. I hope to explore and experience another one of his many places as this was truly remarkable.
Thank you Frank for one of my, if not THE best stay I’ve had in Petaluma thus far!
Cheers!

Petaluma is located in a lovely valley with gorgeous country around to enjoy. Good trails, access to nearby Bodega Bay. Lots of great restaurants and shops in Old Town Petaluma. I went for an annual family Halloween Party, so it was a quick stay. Perfect!

If you are there, try seafood! If you drive 40 minutes to Bodega bay, you must try clam chowder at Spud Point Crab Company and go to the next restaurant, Fisherman’s Cove and try clam chowder, oysters and halibut taco!

The floor and shower were dirty.
The floor and shower were dirty. We did not expect fancy accommodations, only a clean, simple room for an overnight stop, but were disappointed by the sloppiness of the housekeeping. The bedspread also had burn holes in it and should have been replaced.
We stayed on the first few days they reopenedZ even though the elevator wasn't working yet due to renovations, our stay was perfect. i took note of the impressive bathroom amenities and black matte hardware they used. Very classic chic. Love that they are pet-friendly and near to several walking distance restaurants in downtown Petaluma.
The hotel is new, clean and with a full range of amenities. My room was quite spacious, bed comfortable, good WiFi and a well equipped kitchenette. The window opened a crack, allowing some fresh air in the room. Breakfast was fine and there was half and half for the coffee.
What a beautiful re-imagining of the old silk mill. Not a boring, cookie cutter property at all. Felt more like a high-end boutique hotel than a chain. Clean, crisp, comfortable well-appointed rooms, and the common spaces were lovely. I can’t wait to stay again.
We absolutely loved the staff!! Especially Calvin!! The front desk gentleman Calvin is a cool cucumber and saved the review!! Calvin greeted us like a professional and made us feel at ease right away and gave us easy instructions on how to navigate the hotel.
Crepes and coffee made fresh for breakfast were superb! Rooms are were quaint and eclectic. Loved everything about this hotel. The downtown area is within walking distance. I want to come back and stay in one of the Airstream camper rooms next time.
Great room they privide earplugs on the nightstand, you might need them because our room was on the roadside and because its an old building you might hear things like cars etc. Location is perfect with lots of parking available around the hotel.
Very nice staff! Nice property overall - lots of trees and easy parking. The room was clean. The hotel is near the highway so easy on/off but didn't really hear any noise from the cars on the highway.
This was a good stay. Much better than the S. Santa Rosa stay which was incredibly disappointing. This Petaluma property is well cared for, clean and comfortable.
There was no breakfast there and the stay was lovely. Enjoyed the pool. The whole stay was good except the people who stayed at the hotel wasn't as pleasant.
