I liked it but the blow dryer was melted into the outlet and when I went to pull the box out I got electrocuted real bad. Staff didn't not seem concerned and only told me they wouldn't charge me for a hair dryer which was already a fire hazard prior to me even checking into hotel. I was electrocuted and it wasn't taken seriously. I feel I should be accommodated the stay and not only just not charged for a blow dryer that was already melting and a fire hazard when I checked into room. I would like to be reimburse for my stay seeing as in still suffering from tingling in my right side of my arm and hand due to the shock from your hazardous blow dryer and outlet in bathroom. Which I did not use I simply went to unplug unit fron walk to plug my own personal blow dryer in from home.

This is our go to hotel when visiting the area. The welcoming space is delightful from the fresh lemon water to the comfortable airy seating areas. The 'little store' has everything you could want for an overnight stay. From breakfast to lunch, snacks, frozen dinners, wine and cocktails are available
. There is also a restaurant and a bar. The pool and hot tub for relaxing is appreciated. Photos are of the little touches.

It is basically a homeless shelter and a very scary place, they are doing a dishonour to the public by not informing them about what the hotel is being used for. Pay over $100 a night to stay in a ghetto, is unbelievable. Do not stay at this hotel, it is truly a nightmare.

I was surprised that the hotel was allowing guest to not wear masks. I think when there is a law set by the government, it applies to all. I feel my safety is as important as those who desire not to. Customers should be notified ahead that they will allow people to disobey the laws concerning masks then I can decide before arriving as to stay at the hotel.

Lots of eatery places, lovely places to shop and it wasn't tourist filled. It was perfect in that regard. However. The roads? What a nightmare. You couldn't turn left or right hardly anywhere. You had to go into a giant square to get to a place that you could simply walk to in 2 minutes.
The hotel was in disrepair. The pool was said to be heated and it was not. The whole reason we stayed here was to swim for my son's birthday and we were unable. The elevators weren't working correctly. The fire alarms went off forcing us outside in the freezing cold because the entry way ceiling collapsed. There was what looked like sewage water dumping out a pink on the side of the building. It was a disaster! I've reached out to the manager several times and he has not responded.
The front desk staff was amazing and super helpful. My boyfriend was hospitalized and we thought he would be released but he ended up needing to stay a few more hours and the front desk was nice enough to let us back in our room until normal check out time to wait for him. Not being from the area and not having anywhere else to go this was greatly appreciated!
The welcome at the front desk on our arrival was so nice--we had come in late and tired! We were alerted to our complimentary drink from the bar with enough time to get it. Our room was very nice and so spacious. The bed comfortable. The hotel was decorated nicely and we would have enjoyed spending more time there.
I am a Hilton Honors member an I will always bring my family to this location. The rooms are always clean the Breakfast is the most outstanding breakfast that anyone can have at majority of the hotels in the county of Middlesex. The Staff is very helpful and courteous, They make me feel like a member of a family
The best hotel I stayed besides the wonderful breakfast. Especially the super polite attendant at front the entrance. I thank each employee who did their best to serve better
