Superccomfortable bed, strong shower , spotlessly clean. Lots of special touches like beautiful hand-hewn wood counters and bedside tables and delicious healthy breakfast options delivered to the room. Lots of car charging stations. Each room is named for a wildflower and the room has pretty photos of that flower. Pt Arena is a sweet little village. There's a wharf with several restaurant options, and a healthy food co-op with a cafe right across the street from the motel.
Located 3.7 mi north of Point Arena, Point Arena Lighthouse offers accommodations with ocean views.

The view from our windows were amazing. On the door window, we had the view of the lighthouse and the other window, the coast and the ocean. The room was clean and cozy with all the amenities we could ask for. It was perfect for me and my two young girls. We loved walking around the vast property.
The electric fireplace kept the room warm and toasty. The bed was comfortable and there was another cozy blanket available just case. Refrigerator, microwave, wine and glasses, wifi, and even first aide kit!
Located off Highway 1 on top of a hill, this Point Arenas hotel overlooks the Pacific Ocean. A continental breakfast with yogurt, fruits, cereals, juices and coffee is provided.

A trip north along the coast road to Fort Bragg, stopping often and including a stop at Point Arena lighthouse with climb to the top well worth it. Pizzas on the wharf, about 5 minutes away well worth the easy drive. Co-op across the road does excellent coffee - proper espresso coffee!!

Not really a town to stay more than one night unless you are visiting friends in the area. The lighthouse is about the only thing to see that is of interest. A little town that tries to hard to be something it is not.

Loved the Wild Flower Motel, the breakfast was brought to our room and it was delicious. We had fun exploring and seeing Bowling Ball Beach. Great places to eat and just walk around. The weather was wonderful. Next time we will definitely go to the beach at sunset.

Not much there except a general store and a couple art galleries. We were blown away by the most amazing pastries from Franny's Cup & Saucer. Bowling Ball beach has really interesting rock formations (go at low tide). The powerful waves around the lighthouse at new moon are really impressive. It can take a while to get there, but make the scenic drive up Highway 1 an enjoyable part of your trip.

This is an amazing little town.
This is an amazing little town. Franny's Cup and Saucer is just perfect. Don't miss the Friday Donut of the week-check out the weekly offering on their Facebook page. Will be trying out the Supper Club later this week. (open Thur-Sat) Sorry to see the nice Market has recently closed. Loved the B Bryan Preserve and the Light House. Will be hiking more of the trails. Just a fabulous gem tucked away.
+ The cleanest place where I‘ve stayed in almost a month roadtrip. (Seriously! It‘s the only hotel we stayed where the floor was cleaned perfectly. And after checkout I saw the cleaning ladys even clean every window inside AND OUTSIDE, lamps, etc which is no matter of course!!)
+ very chique as the colours match and it‘s really nice lavender, bloomy.
+ checkin was flexible as we arrived later than 21:00 and it was super easy with the arrangements.
+ breakfast was super healthy, and obviously prepared with love.

We felt super comfortable at the Wharfs Inn in Point Arena with Karen and Cliff. It is a great, clean, friendly and quiet hotel with a great view from the balcony over the Pacific. Our room was very well appointed and the breakfast menu is great. The service staff are all helpful and nice. We did not eat dinner, we had already done that before check in. We have but on the terrace very good wine served including campfire. Thank you for the wonderful stay with you. We can only recommend the accommodation!
The hotel was full of wonderful surprises! The room was modern and unique. The best in-room coffee ever thanks to Keurig. Breakfast was delivered to the room (Covid precautions) and was delicious and filling. Tile floors, vaulted wood-plank ceiling, a lighted mirror, ceiling fan, large spotless bathroom, charging stations for every parking space....this place blew me away!
Loved the people that run this hotel, Dorothy was the receptionist when we got there and was wonderful. Didn't get the Gal in the morning name when we checked out, but she was wonderful also. The view is amazing. Bed was so comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. Very good use of the space. Loved watching the fishing boats coming and goings.
The switch from just a Motel to a sustainable boutique Motel is a success. The rooms are very nice. The materials and ideas they have used are remarkable. For instance, day light in the bathroom. The outside with the flowers was very nice, as well.
Closed by is a Japanese Hotel which was a highlight as well.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. Lovely little hotel with several restaurants within walking distance. Every room has a different flower theme. Very comfortable room and beautiful bathroom. Lots of charging stations. Ordered breakfast at check in and chef delivers it right to your room.
Nice room, many thoughtful touches like the coffee set up and a small bottle of wine with wine glasses and chocolate to enjoy. The next morning we walked to the lighthouse and climbed the 145 steps to the top. Interesting and great views from up there. Welcoming place and fun to explore.
The rooms were very well decorated and modern. The bed was very comfortable. It was on the main street so easy access to restaurants. The seating area near the Japanese restaurant was very nice and a great place to wind down.
Room was very nicely designed, with a nice layout and decor/furniture. Very clean. Location was excellent in Point Arena - closer to shops/cafes/etc. Management was kind and very accommodating for our late check-in.
The room was nice and cozy hotel was off of highway 1 staff was super friendly restaurants around were good hiking and sight seeing were beautiful. Was a relaxing vacation for me and my wife.
