Hotels need to make sure they put on their websites, if their are any additional charges other than the amount of the room that is charged through booking.com. No customer want to be unprepared and do not want no surprises once they get to the hotel, you charge your guest for open public parking but they staying in your hotel. Smoking customers got to go outside in the cold to smoke and all rooms are in smoking, staff is so vague and non friendly accept the guy who was cleaning around the hotel. He was super sweet and helpful and zi tipped him. I am a bartender and customer service is everything!

Pomona has a lot of nice restaurants like Merenderos Mexican restaurant, Mi Cafecito coffee shop or a staple of Pomona Donahoos Chicken. There are a ton of other places to eat, as well as the downtown area which is also pretty cool and it’s a pretty fun nightlife that they have with nightclubs, the famous Fox Theater and other various sorts of entertainment. But there’s also a lot of bad parts to Pomona with gangs, drugs and prostitution on the main corridors, like Holt Ave. and Mission Blvd.

There was gross stuff on the walls. The towels were dirty.
There was gross stuff on the walls. The towels were dirty. The free breakfast was not offered supposedly because we needed to make a reservation, which was not I dictated at the time of reservation. There was an additional charge for parking that was also not published.

The Doubletree Pomona was nice.
The Doubletree Pomona was nice. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, and there was parking, however they do charge for it. The location was good and easy to find. The room had a double bed and a sofa and there was extra room, which made it comfortable.

Nothing was wrong with Pomona.
Nothing was wrong with Pomona. It was the hassel of the reservations payment with Booking.com and Motel 6 policy in canceling my reservations, and their system of not accepting my credit card (which was GOOD!) Motel 6 was simply an AWEFUL experience!!
We booked this hotel because it was fairly nearby to Pomona College, where we were attending Family Weekend.
We were very happy with our choice. Our room was a large suite with a king-size bed and a pull-out couch. Both were very comfortable. The restaurant was lovely with delicious choices for breakfast and lunch. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean. Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to friends and will definitely stay there again.
Not located anywhere near Fairplex. It’s DOWNTOWN POMONA. Very sketch neighborhood. I called multiple times to ask about late arrival and if they have digital keys for a room that cost nearly $200. No answer on phone or through chat line. Staff friendly and apologetic. Lobby is dark and creepy. Whole place smells bad, but especially halls and elevators. Room and bathroom was clean, but the cleaning products they use burned my throat all night.
Not worth $190.
I stayed there for 2 nights for my Engineering Board Exam, for 2019 & 2021. Before COVID-19, they actually served excellent breakfast (with hand-made waffles plus "all-you-can-decorate" toppings!). C/P value is high, and makes it like a 4-Star Hotel. Also it's right next to CVS so even there are not many restaurants nearby, you can always get microwave dinner!
Bedroom was well designed and decorated in a contemporary and confident style - twice as stylish as the entrance areas which are a bit more corporate/generic in vibe. Efficient check in, efficient check out. Spotlessly clean hotel gym. Supper in the restaurant was very good, all made with organic ingredients from hotel farm.
I didn't like anything about the hotel because I never got the chance to stay in the room. I asked for a refund because Priceline or booking.com picked the wrong City and I got stuck with the bill and didn't even try to make it right so basically they just flat out stole My money
I don’t recommend paying the extra charge for breakfast since they only offer fruit, oatmeal, sweet bread and coffee. They do have a kitchen that offers other breakfast items at extra charge but not cheap
The location for me was fine, but it was a very basic hotel. No microwave, no fridge, no kettle. However, staff were very happy to fill up my flask every night with hot water for my teas.
I really liked the property, the set up of the hotel and the theme of the room that we stayed in. The bed was so comfortable, clean, cozy, and the room was very spacious and welcoming.
this hotel has a lot of crackheads living on the premises and a lot of prostitutes...through the night they was fighting and a lot of noise.the room smelled and unpleasant.
It was super clean and comfortable. Their pet policy is exceptional and unmatched by any high rated hotels anywhere in the area. Staff is very nice and responsive.
