Room was cozy. Beds were comfy. Pool, hottub and free breakfast were nice.
Port Washington is a small city with its historic downtown...
Port Washington is a small city with its historic downtown situated on the lakefront. The redeveloped lakefront features a marina and park areas. Downtown offers a variety of shops, pubs, and restaurants. Civic pride is evident in the clean and attractive shopping area and waterfront. It's a great place to visit!

Port Washington is a little gem of a lake town.
Port Washington is a little gem of a lake town. Just enough to do to keep yourself busy, if you so choose, or just to relax on Lake Michigan. Great restaurants, especially the Pasta Shoppe, all right in town. The town is just perfect.

Great little town for Plein air painting.
Great little town for Plein air painting. Lots of boats and small businesses to shop. Great little restaurant with fresh good food called Baltica, owned and run by a Local woman from Poland who came years ago and married and stayed. I believe her daughter helps run the place. She also sells soups in a freezer that are amazing.

Loved the remodeled Harborview Hotel.
Loved the remodeled Harborview Hotel. The lobby and halls and restaurant are amazing. They still need to modernize the bathrooms though.
The restaurant breakfast was great with great service. We had dinner at The Twisted Willow for Valentine's night and it was superb. We also ate at Daily Baking Company...so quaint and wonderful.

Lunch at Newport Shores is a must.
Lunch at Newport Shores is a must. Perch sandwich is to die for! Dinner at Twisted Willow was excellent. Nice farm to table restaurant and outstanding service by Wendy. What we love most is being able to walk to shopping and dining. Great lakefront break wall where you can walk to the iconic Port Washington lighthouse (waves permitting!).

The beauty of marina.
The beauty of marina. We have been here before but lots have been added. Hotel has been completely changed since are last stay which was a longtime ago. Restaurant has only been open 2 months and it is off season so was not busy. Our rate was good for ow but I am sure it will be high during the summer.

Short staffed, as every place is right now. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wish breakfast was included, but Restaurant wasn't even open the Saturday we were there due to staff issues. No hand soap in bathrooms, hotel unable to get small soaps, then please put soap dispensers by bath sink. Enjoyed our time there and already plan to return in December.
The room was a recently renovated suite with a large picture window and view of the harbor and marina. It was clean, comfortable, and ideally located. The staff was friendly, and breakfast at The Beacon (hotel restaurant) was delicious and reasonably priced. Will stay again.
Breakfast was a biscuit. which I do not eat. Therefore you can surmise, there was no breakfast. The Hampton Inn a couple miles down the road has a full warm breakfast.
Breakfast was great at the Beacon. The food was hot and delicious! The staff at the Harborview Inn is friendly and courteous and the property is immaculately clean.
I loved the 2 separate rooms and I loved how clean the swimming pool water was. Very happy the the hotel and now I will be coming back more often with my grandkids
The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the inn itself very quiet. Our room was clean but terribly outdated. The hotel does need serious updating.
beds and pillows very comfortable...location close to town center which is awesome...breakfast during covid can be iffy but hotel had hot to go breakfast
