Room was clean. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was as expected, but had egg patties which was better than most. Parking is in a lot across the street. You need to bring your suitcases, etc., from the lot to the building including about 6 steps. Area is urban and questionable, however, we walked one block to a good Chinese restaurant for dinner with no problems. If you have business in Pottsville, this is a good hotel. I would not stay at this Ramada Inn.
I would not stay at this Ramada Inn. The lobby was a mess, the parking area for cars was across the street and did not appear to safe. The staff was incompetent. Did not check in. They could not find our reservation and would not refund our prepayment.

There was no breakfast provided with a COVID excuse even though our hotels in Gettysburg and Stroudsburg, PA provided breakfast as advertised. Staff was friendly and responsive but not well supported to do a good job.
