The Motel room was cosy. The heating was perfect for me. The reception staff were approachable. The housekeeping staff, Vissi and his wife, were lovely and friendly people. The microwave and fridge worked without any issues, When booking in, reception staff should inform guests that there is an elevator. We found out through friends who were also staying there.

"VERY EASY ON THE WALLET." Good enough for a pleasant stay without the high price. I like being able to walk to the restaurant next door on either side of the property. The area overall is a large "Green Space" with plenty of trees which I really like. Fresh air from the Forest Preserve/Nature Preserve nearby. Municipal Airport nearby. Terrible, BEWARE, NO BOOKING was what they told me after I secured with cc after 7 hour . Booking .com told me it would take 30 min to verify no rooms are avail after I had a reservation secured with confirmation number and my Cedit card given from a week before. Booking.com never even called back left me stranded in Chicago on a sat night. I had to find one myself didn't check in a hotel till 11pm after driving all day.Worst experience and customer service ever!!TinaUnited States
