Everything was wonderful! Beds were very comfortable, tents were roomy, stayed very warm all night.
It rained on us, but we were warm and dry inside tent. It was actually very relaxing having the rain on the tent.
Shared bathroom space was clean and had all things we would need. Keurig with Kcups was a lovely touch! Much appreciated.

This is the 2nd time we spent the night as a family, just passing through. Both times, we've found all the accommodations and services (food, groceries, etc.) that we needed here for a one-night stay. A good place to stop over!

We used to live in Richfield and it was good to come back and see how it has changed. We ate supper at Steve’s steakhouse and everything we ordered they were out of and the meal I ordered gave me a upset stomach all night long

Sorry.
Sorry. I can't comment on whether this is a good place to stay or not. Being a Platinum member, I usually expect to be treated well on arrival. I was treated poorly, not feeling very welcome by the manager who I think felt like he was the owner. I presented my id and platinum card. I did receive 500 bonus points. My booking was thru Booking.com. The manager was a little less than polite. I'm sort of used to that with far East folk that typically manage hotels. This visit was no different. We walked to our room and found it not very clean. Carpet was okay but table tops and bathroom needed better cleaning. I did not take a shower. The remote was sticky and smelled like chocolate. Evidently they do not clean the remotes here or the one for my room got skipped. Furniture looked very cheap. Bed was not very comfortable. I slept poorly and woke with a backache. Breakfast was powered eggs sausage, hard biscuits and gravy. Toaster did not work so my bagel was cold. Breakfast area is very small. No fruit was available. Very few channels are available on TV. Some of the advertised ones we're not available. I won't stay here again.

In a state that claimed to be pet friendly, Richfield really was because there was a lot of nice grass and pets could walk in the hotel. However, at Bryce and Zion, dogs are not allowed on most trails.

I love Richfield!
I love Richfield! It's the ideal quiet, small, charming town. There are a lot of hiking trails to follow for a day outdoors. Some lovely family friendly parks to visit. Some amazing little shops to enjoy. It has everything you need for a stress free family vacation.

The front desk women was awesome, very helpful and super friendly! Hot tube was actually hot, not “luke warm”. Nice
Super nice facility. Big room, fridge worked, wow!
Room exceptionally clean.
Would recommend.
Price was less than Originaly quoted
There is a Mexican place called “Cost Vids” a mile or two away. Delicious.
We took food out, as no customers were wearing masks. (All staff were wearing masks).
We went to Mystic hot springs.
99% of Utah folks don’t seem to know there is a pandemic. Very Bazar!
Very clean, very polite and nice, comfy beds, hot clean shower, fridge and microwave, we didn't make breakfast but it looked like there were waffles and fruit and toast and oatmeal/ cereal and such..
Its from 6-9am, but there was still some coffee out around 10am..
We had our dogs and it was only $20 total. Lots of good grassy walking areas around 3 sides of the hotel. Bring your own doggy bags.
Plenty of food around here as well as a nice clean grocery store nearby by car.
Highly recommend!
Will stay here again!
This was our annual trip to Las Vegas, and on to SoCal. The Best Western Richfield Inn appears to be a family owned hotel. The staff are very friendly and keep the room and grounds looking very nice having come through 2020; cusps to the owner and staff. It’s nice to have a hot breakfast back, although, still somewhat limited. We pass through the area every year and will definitely stop here again.
The beds were made but looked messy because the bed skirts need to be redone. The room was adequately clean but I noticed a few things that could have been better. I was going to get some ice but noticed there was water in the ice bucket. The towels were clean but looked dingy like they need to be replaced. Overall the stay was fine but I feel like the hotel needs a little freshening up
My stay here with my 3 dogs was pleasant. I made reservations in the parking lot and the clerk had a room that allowed pets. She was very helpful and nice. There is an ice cream parlor inside the hotel and it was perfect for the hot summer day. The breakfast was available up until 10:00am and that allowed me to go later around 8 am.
This was one of the cleanest hotel/motels I’ve stayed in. I was pleasantly surprised! very nice room. comfortable and had everything I needed. The family who run the place is very nice and hospitable. The breakfast was perfect and the breakfast area was exceptionally clean and stocked well.
For an USA hotel a superb breakfast, with non sugarred yogurt, black tea etc. . In short even good for international standards
Apparently the slogan of the hotel chain that they listened to their customers is put in practice here.
