The hotel was very clean, beds comfortable, large and spacious bathrooms and the sofa bed in our room was excellent. I would stay hear again! I'm just bitter because there is no free breakfast as implied by the website.

Excellent breakfast. On the day we were there, the Chef was taking orders for Omelets in addition to the full spread of the breakfast buffet. The hotel was beautiful and grand. Even though there was a School Prom taking place in the Ballroom on the 7th floor, our room on the 8th floor right above the ballroom was totally quiet. Being an older building in a downtown area, the parking wasn't extremely convenient but the parking garage was attached by long corridors to the hotel and the front desk validated parking.
Boasting an ideal location in the charming Loop shopping, dining and entertainment district in St.

Moonrise is always an excellent stay--very spacious, clean rooms, with nice practical and asesthetic touches. If you don't want to pay for Valet parking, you can park for free the next lot over--just another 50 yard walk or so.

The staff could not have been more accommodating. Check in was a breeze, and everyone was paying so much attention to my cousin's and my experience. If I made a comment or question they were quick to provide additional information. Also, it smelled SO GOOD!

Our hotel was within a comfortable walking distance (1+ mile) to Forest Park which is simply lovely. There is so much to do and see right there. We thoroughly enjoyed the zoo (which is FREE) and wished we had more time to spend there. We didn't get to go to the museums or planetarium but will plan to on our next trip. The Jewel Box in Forest Park is a nice quick stop with beautiful landscaping and many varieties of flowers.

Just the room was nice but the staff was rude and inconsiderate and down right aggressively targeting me and I didnt appreciate it because i paid good money for that room to have been removed but other than that it was fine

For where we were visiting while there if was a good location very clean very nice large shower very accommodation registration desk when we got there. Earlier in the day I tried to get the afternoon desk and manager to hold a nicer room for our anniversary They said just stop by desk when we got there. When we checked in the desk person said no special room had been held and only one room available because the hotel was sold out. So could have been a touch more accommodating.
Location is very good, easy to access to places we like to visit. We can park in hotel parking lots safe and without fee. There were a variety breakfast offered everyday. Breakfast need to be ordered and heated by ladies there. They are very pleasant and helpful.
I love the friendly and amazing staff. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The lobby and food area were clean and constantly being cleaned. Our hotels room was clean and beds comfortable. The pool was nice, except heater being out.
New hotel with excellent, cheerful staff. Very clean and stylish. I was traveling by myself and had a rental car. I felt safe and my car didn't sustain any door dings or anything else that would have compromised a satisfactory return.

Breakfast was great! The employees were all friendly. The room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have seen in a while. The swimming pool was great and the children enjoyed our stay!
The room had everything you could want. The full size fridge and real dishes were a nice surprise. The hotel had a great location near Forest Park and lots of restaurants.
