Staff were all wonderful. The team took care to respond to a request surrounding allergies, then went above and beyond.

Both the sleeping area and bathroom were very clean. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable. The Patio was a nice place to have our morning coffee even with all the highway and train noise.

I have been going to Roseville since I was a little kid.
I have been going to Roseville since I was a little kid.
There is Har Mar Mall with various fast food places across the street. on the south side of 36. Across 36 on the NW corner is Rosedale Shopping Center. Has movie theaters, food court and shops.
Can take Hwy 36 to White Bear Ave (north) to Maplewood Mall. There are a lot stores and restaurants nearby. You can also go to Ikea and the Mall of America by taking Snelling Ave south until 5. take 5 and then take 494 exit . merge, but stay to the right because the exit to MOA is close. Exit splits so stay in the left lane and follow the signs.
Food: there is an Adli's with in walking distance to Home2. Nearby Walmart has groceries. Lunds/beyerly located on Snelling and Co Rd C
Has an excellent bakery and high end groceries. Yum Yum

Convenient ride to Target Field.
Convenient ride to Target Field. Close to all amenities, but we especially liked the mall nearby, and the Denny's restaurant pretty well on the same lot as the hotel and a walmart within easy walking distance.

Website should be updated to reflect current conditions as I canceled a cheaper motel next door to stay here to use the pool. It was closed due to Covid. There is no breakfast. The three different rooms from our group had wet musty floors. It is very run down and there isn’t outdoor furniture. There is a mosquito infested deck about 10x10 that was pretty much overtaken by one large loud woman. The place could definitely use some clean up around the outside. Overall I have stayed in several 2star motels that would put this place to shame. I wanted to ask for a refund but we did not have enough time and my daughter said I couldn’t.

If you want the roach motel experience, this is it.
If you want the roach motel experience, this is it. Though I didn't see any roaches, everything else fit the bill: strange stains on walls (blood! NO JOKE, snot & other mysterious stuff), moldy smell, half the bulbs were working, toilet backed up, window screen falling off, shoddy job patching/painting various holes in wall, wall mirror crooked. But hey, I paid half the going rate for a hotel room near the Twin Cities. NEVER again. I'll pay up next time...

We checked in and checked out 15 minutes later. Gross , discussing, and very up set that they can get away with the online photos of the hotel. Lesson learned on this one.
I just wish I would have taken photos of the place, but I just felt dirtier for being there.

The room had no lights and there was only one staff at the reception who took his sweet time to come and check it for us. I don't blame tge staff but someone should have noticed that the lights were not working before our arrival in the room.
This location has to be the nastiest hotel I've ever been in in my entire life and I've been in thousands as I am a self contractor and get places shut down for way less than that's going on in this hotel. 1st off staff basically paid me off to shut up so other customers couldn't hear n shood me out the door was fecal matter in jacuzzi, on curtains, bed, floor, other human extraments and all staff said is here's your money goodbye or I call police 🤣 so now it's my turn to step up and get it shut down.
Everything was great the man who checked us in was very friendly. The room was nice, it wasn’t carpeted which is always nice. all the carpet in the hallway was clean, no stains and didn’t smell. There are a few park and rides that are very close by which is great if you’re going to the fair like we did. There are quite a few restaurants and grocery stores only a short drive away. Also the hotel is pet friendly.
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Good variety for breakfast. Comfortable room. Internet worked well for my work computer. Decent location. The hotel also has a patio off of the breakfast area and indoor swimming pool and it has a gas fire pit that is nice to sit by. I’ve stayed here multiple times this past year when visiting family.
The hotel was very nice the room was very comfortable. The location was okay. I had to bring my dog with me for the nights I was there I had
No choice. The only thing about that is the pet fee is outrageous. 50 reasonable and understandable. But 75 seemed like too much. Also for a
Hotel with no hot tub the pool was pretty cold.
Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The workout area had more than just cardio equipment. They also free weight dumbbells,a bench a weight machine and multiple weighted medicine balls. Way more options than a typical hotel. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel chain again!
The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The location gave us easy access to anywhere we needed to go. The bed and pillows were comfortable, I normally have a hard time sleeping in a hotel, but I slept great here.
The staff at the front desk were friendly, professional, and quick. It was clear they knew what they were doing. The room was clean and well-kept. There weren't any bugs, odd stains, etc. that you often find in budget hotels. The shower was nice and large.
We did not eat breakfast at the hotel
The location was excellent for where we needed to be each day
The location was easy to get to
We were there for the Back to The Fifties Car show and really appreciate that you had a car wash area set up
The breakfast was excellent, and the organization of the room was great. Not rushed or crowded as it may be at times. The staff was very helpful and made you feel respected and welcome. Definitely will look for this hotel again.
The location is very good for those with work or events near Roseville (NE Metro). Generally, the rooms were comfortable and the little kitchenette in the room was useful.
. It was a jacuzzi suite. A night planned, away from the kids. Had no issues with anyone or anything. A variety of restaurants, within 3 minutes of the hotel.
