This property has had a recent remodel and looks great !!! I noticed the moment I arrived ! My guess it is also under new management !!! I noticed how clean everything was and the over all change in the staff ! As always the beds were comfy , the water pressure great and lots of channels on the tv .

We did not have breakfast. We did not want to eat outside and the restaurant part of the house smelt badly of damp and mildew. The bedroom was fine though, comfortable and quality bed. The owners/staff staff could not have been nicer or more helpful or friendly.

The location was nice and convenient to downtown Sarasota and the beaches. The pool and lobby areas were lovely. There is lots of good outdoor seating with and without shade. The people working there were pleasant and helpful.
