Booked a stay for a family reunion and it exceeded expectations! The rooms were well-maintained and the beds were super comfy. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend for family gatherings!

I was only staying in the room at night, I ended up having my brother come and stay with me because it did not seem safe for a female traveling alone. I did not find bed bugs...just roaches and mice. The building was not secured at night.

Was pretty clean looks outdated Somewhat alit of things do not work no pool as advertised seems to me it was just taken over by new owners and they are slowly remodeling not sure though did not ask. good for the price and quiet also no breakfast as advertised but that may be due to covid-19 staff is mostly pleasant however my toilet was clogged when I checked in when asked about a plunger gave me two locations where it may be went looking couldn’t find one so I went back to my room and called desk they told me come down in ten min they would have one for me thought they were supposed to take care of those issues but no big deal!

The rooms are remolded and clean, but I always carry cleaning supplies.(I work Janitorial), and the people at the front desk are nice . I've been a few times and this time one pillow case was dirty and my rug wasn't vacuumed. But I went to the desk and that help me ASAP. Just make sure you get your $2 room card fee back because if you don't ask they won't give it. $2 not a big deal but if you go as much as I do for a quick get away that's $2 times the amount of visits in a month or two. Overall nice place to just get away and relax if you don't wanna travel to far!! Food and shopping is no more than 10 minutes away. The closet restaurant is about 5minutes!!! Khols, Walmart,dollar tree, target ,home Depot etc.. Carrabba's, Applebee's, Michael's diner etc it's all a 10min drive away.. lights in shower and jacuzzi are my waterproof tub lights. The room with no light is a different room from a separate visit. And food from Carrabba's.TyricadeUnited States

I had booked a king suite, it was nothing more than a small room with a suspect whirlpool. No couch, kitchenette or other amenities described. Very sketchy and I was actually afraid to stay the night. I rested for a while and left. Wasted my money and had too drive home several hours late at night. Could not recommend in good conscious unless you don’t care for your personal safety or having your car stolen at the least.

Parking was fine, the location was handy for our visit, easily accessible to the major roadways in the area. Lots of stores within car range to get anything if needed. Check out was very easy.
