Traffic to get anywhere in any direction is as bad as ever,...

Traffic to get anywhere in any direction is as bad as ever, but at least I could drive to local destinations at strategic times and was centrally located. So many food choices: one of my favorite In N Out Burgers; pan-Asian options for specialty and exploration, all the boba; what ever chain restaurant within a few miles; grocery shelf liquor prices if you're coming from out of state. Shop at Asian markets and Daiso and play golf in town. Everything is aging and reinvestment is rarely happening to keep things updated. Even new businesses only minimally renovate their spaces. It's such a different design strategy but I guess they don't design to attract new business or tourists. It's like they think of businesses as disposable, just build a new one and squeeze it in between a couple old buildings. Consistent with residential neighborhoods. Speaking of, nice to see more water harvesting and sustainable landscaping choices in a few places.
