We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the outdoor fire pits. The water was warm in the pool and hot in the hot tub. They were very popular at the time of our trip. The wine trail nearby is amazing and the town of Geneva is not to be missed.

The owner was extremely kind and accommodating as we were traveling with our 6 month old daughter. Our room was very clean, larger than expected and the bed was comfortable. We had a great trip! Would definitely recommend!

Watkins glen state Park, Havana glen Park both have amazing scenery and waterfalls. The state park is definitely a two hour plus hike all around and is worth every step. Havana Glen is a very short walk can be done in 30 mins however you are walking right alongside a gorgeous multi level waterfall. The town itself is gorgeous and clean very quaint and boutique like. The harbor front was absolutely stunning with endless views of Seneca Lake and a gorgeous boardwalk to take in all the views. Highly recommend Lakewood Vineyards when driving along the wine trail. Everything is so close together from the parks to the wineries. Watkins Glen is truly a magical place . Recommend a minimum of two days to explore the main attractions at a leisurely pacejelenaCanada - 8.0Scored 8.0

The Gorge trail is something you need to see.
The Gorge trail is something you need to see. You can take all the pictures you want, but it doesn’t portray just how mesmerizing it is. We went early in the morning and hardly anyone was there and we were able to take our time and enjoy it, but by the time we headed back up the gorge, it was crowded. If you are staying in town, and looking for a good restaurant, Jerlandos Italian restaurant is a great option. Very reasonable prices and the best garlic bread. If you like the old motor courts, then you’ll like Gorgeous View Motel. Very basic room, but clean and has a microwave, fridge and coffee pot in the room. Driveway up to the room is a little sketchy, but you have a nice view of the lake from your porch. After you visit Watkins Glen, a few miles down the road in Montour Falls is a waterfall right in town. It’s worth making a detour to see it

There are so many wineries!
There are so many wineries! One could spend days just visiting wineries. The town is quaint. Lots of restaurants to choose from. My only disappointment was that i didn't have time to see the falls.Howanitz - 10Scored 10

There is a huge variety of experiences available in Watkins Glen, from hiking, boating and swimming, to shopping and dining. Hiking the state park is an awe-inspiring experience, and dozens of wineries nearby offer tours and tastings.

Absolutely spectacular. Biucket list place to visit. We spent all afternoon hiking in the Glen. The waterfalls and trails are beautiful. Get the shuttle pass. Start at the north lot and hike down then use the shuttle to go back up and do the rim trails. Use the shuttle to go back up again. The ice cream at the north lot is excellent. Wear anti slip hiking boots. everything is wet. Try to go on a non race weekend. It was a little crowded and of course not everyone is polite. People can get crazy with their selfie sticks. Defintely wirth a trip. Great little town and jump off point to do the wine trail around Seneca lake.MikeUnited States of America

The balcony was a nice touch, but here is no barriers on the balconies for each hotel unit, which was a privacy issue. The motel unit was clean, but definitely older. I appreciated the refrigerator and the microwave. Good water pressure and temperature in the shower. My only issue was with the foam mattress, which I found uncomfortable, but others may like. I prefer inner spring mattresses.
