Stayed only one night, as I came to watch my grandson compete in the Mt Sac Relays. My experience with the home, brief as it was, was great. Breakfast was good, as free hotel breakfasts go. The food was tasty and there was a wide variety on the menu.

I loved was Covina, had I had another Inn to stay at it would have been so much better, West Covina Covina is a beautiful place there’s access to everything friendly people helpful people, but the five star inn was dirty we were given dirty towels. The showers didn’t work every day I had to tell them about the shower and they said we looked at it three times, come on looking at something doesn’t get it fixed so if you’re going to stay in West Covina stay away from the five star inn.CarolineUnited States of America - 8.0Scored 8.0

This is a great big little City.
This is a great big little City. Friendly, warm and with great people. Very nice Restaurants, stores and has the feel of big city smart, caring and concerned people. I lived there 27 years ago and only wish I had kept and rented our house instead of selling it, now we can't afford to buy into West Covina, our lose... only 30 with little to no traffic and 1 hour with heavy traffic, great location.JanetUnited States of America - 10Scored 10
Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff was very friendly. West Covina was easy to get around and located close to plenty of choices for food, shopping, and entertainment. I felt very safe at my location and noted law enforcement to be visible.

I think the rooms were nice and the property well maintained. The room was actually nicer than expected. The parking was also pretty good with ample spaces and wide enough to avoid damage to my car. Overall, a good spot, close to the mall and plenty of food and worth checking out. The only issue I had was friendliness of staff. As others have pointed out, this team/owners aren't exactly friendly. I waited for 10 mins to check out so the owner could load a laundry machine. The concept of customer service does NOT exist on this property, but the room is good and the price is fair.

A lot of food and shopping areas are nearby. Staff are very friendly and they even provided me upgrade room. The room looks new; very clean, bed and sheets are clean as well and very comfy. We travel a lot and frequent staying in hotels and this one of the best and cleanest rooms we've seen.
