Location close to Union station which made transportation options easy. Whole Foods and CVS next door. Close to amenities, restaurants. Breakfast was included but had its downsides. Provided toiletries were decent.

I spent $130 on a room. Upon going into the room we noticed that the air-conditioning was not working we went and talk to the manager the manager stated there is nothing he can do we’re just gonna have to deal with it he suggest opening a window about midnight I had to call and ask him if there was another room they said there was five rooms but they were the high price rooms and if they were going for a higher price they couldn’t give me one because that’s taken away from revenue I can open a window I hated to stay my six month old baby was sweating.

We left at 3am after checking in at 6pm much earlier than planned. Everything was sketchy. They switched our rooms as there was blood stains in the bed sheets plus we didn’t receive the type of room we ordered. couldn’t get the key to work several times so had to walk all the way to front desk and back multiple times.

The place was absolutely disgusting! It was a nightmare!
The place was absolutely disgusting! It was a nightmare! From the rude staff to the closed pool, filthy rooms, homeless people and drug dealers all over the property, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! There's no breakfast, you have to walk all the way around the property to get in (only through the front lobby door) and you don't dare leave your car unattended. The room wasn't ready at our scheduled check in, there weren't enough towels for TWO of us, I don't think the sheets were changed, there was cigarette burns in the sheets and bedspread. I cannot find anything nice to say about this property. One of the worst places we have ever stayed, including the Utah side of Wendover.

Denver is not that easy to get around in unless you are just getting on/off the interstate - this is very convenient.
I would avoid this motel all together.

I would not care to send anyone to this facility.
I would not care to send anyone to this facility. The lack of respect from even 1 employee is enough for me to not come back. If they can't take out the trash without putting it in a travelers vehicle I don't need to be there at all

Very disappointed with my recent stay at your motel
Very disappointed with my recent stay at your motel
The toilet ran all night, there was a leak under the sink carpet was wet, behind the bathroom door there was drawn on pictures. The hot breakfast was cold small muffins with coffee and the juice machine was broken. Upon returning to the room after dinner there is a horrible smell like a skunk in the halls. For what we paid for not very satisfied. Will not be giving you any recommendations for other stays in your area
When checking in I was charged an extra hundred dollars and this was not mentioned beforehand. The rooms refrigerator was not working when I went to the desk they changed rooms but the next room had a very strong smell of cigarettes so I went back to the desk and he put us back in the first room . I like to add the hotel was 75% empty and so the employee did not value me as customer he thought it be OK that I paid for room with a working refrigerator.
The water spigot for the sink barely trickled water. The mirror above the sink was broken there were heaves and cracks in the flooring. The air conditioning did not cool the room. I don't feel like the hotel takes security very seriously. They never asked what kind of vehicle I was driving and that's the first time that has ever happened to me while staying at a hotel.
The staff. We were in between homes and searching for a place took longer than expected and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Christopher was our first contact with the hotel and was always professional and courteous. A extra thanks to the housekeepers for always being kind for when we needed fresh linen.
The associate at the desk was Very friendly. She definitely likes to deal with people, very interactive. All in all it’s Definitely nice to go to a hotel and have someone at the front desk who friendly, courteous and seems that she actually enjoys what she does!!!
This hotel is the cheapest hotel around and it is still nice the rooms are big and the staff are friendly the hotel sells out quite a bit but they have a 1pm check out which is nice. I've been staying here for a little over a month
No elevator and on 3rd floor. Property falling apart — foundation caving, stair railing loose, broken fridge, etc. Was as clean as an old place could be and didn’t smell bad. Also staff was nice.
Mini muffins and cold cereal for breakfast. The coffee was okay. Lowest price I could find in a pinch, better than the hotel on the other side of the interstate.
