We arrived at the hotel with the clothes we had when we escaped the fire and our surviving pets. It's near food, grocery stores, and coffee stands, which was very convenient. The actual hotel property was fine, and if properly managed, my rating would be much higher. The highlight of my stay was the cleaning staff. One person in particular, Jessica, was so helpful and friendly. She should be working your front desk as she was professional and kind.DeborahFamily with young children
