It was clean and the rooms were substantial. The bed was very comfortable and had 4 pillows. The shower was very large and had great water pressure. The breakfast doesn’t start until 7am and I was leaving at 6:30. The young man in staff made sure I was able to get both coffee and juice to go, as well as a muffin. A+ all around.

I liked the water view- although you could not see it from my hotel room. I got a view of the parking lot.
The price you quoted was not the price we paid. Additional, unpublished charges---such as destination fees were added and charged. The cabin was extremely dirty. The amenities advertised did not exist. There was no oven, no microwave and no coffee maker. Going to the beach required a trip down and extremely steep hill, not even close to the beach. There were parking problems between the cabins. This was a truly awful experience on one of the hottest weeks of the year, with only three extremely dirty fans to cool the place down. Talking with other visitors revealed the same problems with charges and amenities. Advertising this place will cost you business on your normally very good site. Patrica Walker

Beautiful great location very relaxing for the most part despite some loud guests but that can happen anywhere. The cabins were very clean and the staff were very friendly. I only wish staff were around when we went to the office to see about using the kayaks they advertise free use of but nobody was in the office sign on door saying they were closed in the middle of the afternoon on a nice day.

We stayed one night as we were going to a concert in the area. I had read reviews about how “rustic” the cabins were. The property more than met our expectations. Yes they are older cabins, but we found them very clean. We would’ve enjoyed staying longer if time had allowed.
This motel is in the heart of the lakes region of New Hampshire but it certainly does not have the beauty it should have. The whole place is outdated. There was 1 uncomfortable couch and 1 hard chair as the only seating options other the the beds. The was not one picture on the wall or any attractive flooring in the room. The cost certainly is not justified for the condition of this motel and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Very located to the outlet mall and shopping. and read theory where they hotel at excellent excellent Mexican restaurant delicious the proportions of the food was so big I could not finish it all I very much recommend if you’re staying in the hotel to go to the new Mexican restaurant attached to it
Loved that this property was large & on the lake. All cabins have a nice view of the lake. There is a great viewing deck too.
This property allows 2 dogs per cabin. We had 4 dogs (we foster), so we rented 2 cabins. They gave us nice side by side cabins and upgraded one of the cabins.
I loved Anchorage at the Lake except for my bathroom shower. I felt like I may fall through and I'm 125 lbs. I would definitely come back with multiple families and rent a few cabins together. I loved that we could bring our dogs and the beautiful views.
The location on the lake has always been outstanding. Water so clean! Our cabin was very clean and kitchen well- stocked. Sad that this is last year but hopeful that there will still be cabins to rent in the future.
