Weather related, completely outside the control of the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk kept his calm while dealing with guests locked out of their rooms, guests trapped in the elevator, police, firemen, no computers, new guests arriving. He is a 110%, no drag, high value employee. Give that man a raise!!!

Quiet, safe area of town. The room (king, one bedroom) is very spacious. The breakfast had fresh fruit (berries) as well as hot items such as eggs and bacon. The staff was friendly and attentive.
