The inn is charming, the bed was comfortable, the owner (Gus) was warm and welcoming, and his staff gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant, Via Italian Table.

No hot water in sink. They sent someone to fix it and he supposedly did…but no, not hot water at bathroom sink entire time.
The tub was clogged, standing water about 3” during a shower. He was able to unclog that.
They refunded parking for our trouble since we couldn’t even park where they said we could for the $15.00 fee.
I think the entire stay (one night) should have been credited.

I attended a BDay Party at The Mill Restaurant.
I attended a BDay Party at The Mill Restaurant. The food was good and the live entertainment that night was exceptional.
I would also recommend the nightclub Rascals if you are looking for a great night of entertainment.

Location was great!
Location was great! Room could have been cleaner & with working bathroom handles, the black stains around tub were gross, the tub handle didn’t work properly so your shower ended up being where ever the handle fell too (cold water!) the room smelled! Would have not said anything until I was double charged for the room! Called customer service (sent messages to all parties) front desk were just defiant and argumentative and would not correct the price I was quoted on BOoking .com so instead of $ 169. I was quoted (paperwork also sent to parties) I was charged $319.! No one could fix! Hotel blamed booking and booking said it was hotel. So basically I’m out the extra money!! Just stay at your own risk ⚠️

I feel like Worcester is an up and coming city, like it’s getting an upgrade. My daughter and son in law will be here for the next 4 years, so I’m sure we will be visiting again. We ate at 111 Chop House and The Sole Proprietor, which were both excellent. Found an excellent Polish grocery/meat shop and bakery on Millbury st. Lots of cute shops. Can’t wait to try other eating spots next time we are there.

Worcester is fine, the hotel is not. Laundry, pool.
Worcester is fine, the hotel is not. Laundry, pool. Gym all were out of order. Breakfast was an orange and a muffin. There were cigarette butts everywhere and lots of shopping carts. Towels were not changed.

Every coffee shop we tried to go into was closed down on the weekends. The bakery closed before we got there as well which was early on a Saturday afternoon. There was nothing to do in the area except walk on a hot day. Mostly a business area.
The manager was very rude to me and other people staying at the hotel. She screamed at me because I walked out of my room in socks to grab a spoon from the breakfast area. She could have handled that more professionally by just saying please don't enter the area unless you are wearing shoes I was only there for less than 30 seconds to grab a spoon and she embarrassed me in front of everyone having breakfast. Also our remote for the tv didn't work in our room
The Inn was beautifully designed and they have done an amazing job of maintaining the house’s historic charm. The room was cozy. Roberto, Victoria and Clara were so gracious, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast spread was ample with plenty of freshly baked Brazilian goodies, fresh fruit and eggs to order. There was plenty of on-site parking. It was quiet and close to everything. We were visiting our son at Worcester State.
We went to the College of the Holy Cross graduation ceremony. The parking pass and garage location was excellent. Breakfast was great. Front desk, cleaning and dining staff did an awesome job. Room and bath were clean and comfortable. Checking in/out went quickly and all my questions were answered. I would stay here again and would recommend this Hilton Garden Inn hotel to anyone looking to stay in Worcester MA.
If you are going to DCU center, this hotel is in the perfect location. The room was clean and spacious enough. The staff was helpful and didn't seem to bother you much, pool closed at 9pm but noone checked. I liked the late check out time, 12pm. I actually left around 12:15pm but there was no pressure to get out on time.
very close to the DCU Centre (reason for visit). very clean, large room, excellent bathroom and facilities. Useable fridge -excellent! clean linen lots of pillows and towels. friendly staff for check in and out. Lovely food for breakfast and the UNO restaurant joining the hotel was great and easy for food.
The property was very clean. I really appreciated that! The room was spacious with a small kitchenette. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was right off I390 - easy on and off the highway. It was about a 5 minute walk to the DCU center and to an excellent Irish bar in downtown Worchester.
The breakfast lady from Bolivia was above and beyond. She was really sweet and caring and helped me with what she could. Besides the room is ok and the breakfast excellent ( attention and quality) not really a 4 star , barely a 2-star hotel. The price is not worth at all
Crack pipe under the bed, blood on the sheets, no trash bin! This place should be closed down, I will be filing a report with the Worcester Department of Health.
The hotel was family friendly, modern, spotless clean. The locaton is just perfect with parking facility. I would definitely stay there again on my next stay.
Quiet and clean room in an old hotel setting. Parking was right across the street and we were given a special ticket that allowed us to leave and return.
