It was perfect ! Great staff, clean rooms and love the new style bar and grill. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space in the room. We will definitely be staying again.

Stayed just overnight but everything was OK. Good breakfast with fresh egg omelette, waffles... Unfortunately due to weather conditions we were unable to use the pool.

We traveled for a conference for our church, paid online with the church credit card. When we arrived they wanted a driver's license (no problem) and a personal card. Could not use the church card paid with. 2 of my friends cards were declined though more than enough on both. The "keyed" in the card over the counter and not using the card pad on the counter. I came in, asked if I could pay with my card. The answer is NO!. they have locked out the room in the system. Ok, can I have a room? NO! They are booked full. Our church pastors wife asks to talk to the desk, they wont talk to her over our self phone. Still won't budge, won't free up the room so I can reserve it. I stand in the lobby, go on Hotels.com and actually book a room. Go back up to the counter with my confirmation. We proceed. They key in my info below the counter. But tell me to swipe my card on the pad even though nothing is coming up and still doesn't when I swipe it, but the I am told it sometimes works that way. Then told my card is declined. What? There is more than plenty on it to even cover the hold charges. Oh yeah, while we standing off to the side and I am on Hotel.com, a lady walks in, needs a room, she is told there is a room....the room I just asked if I could have. 2 christian ladies, paid online with a church card, told them we are part of the church conference in town before and card was "declined." We were very much over the top nice, polite, understanding, not jerks at all. I called my bank on Monday and there was never any hit from Quality Inn or any decline of my card. We are booking 5-6 rooms in June for a teens christian conference. We will NOT even try to reserve at Quality Inn in Hamilton, Al.... same place. Sorry, I have always stayed at Quality inns for years and extremely disappointed.

nothing. the whole experience was bad. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. the only good thing was it was easy to get my money back afterwords.

The receptionist is very friendly and explains everything very well.
