I cannot say enough good things about this place! The location was beautiful and quiet, the food was good and plentiful, and the rooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds. But the best thing about this place are the hosts, Rose and Rex. Truly amazing people that are willing to do anything to help. I got extremely sick (something I ate before arriving in Sapa) and Rose came to the clinic with me and stayed with me for 3 hours and made sure I was ok. They were always willing to organize taxis, buses, activities, etc…They truly care and I can’t think of better hosts. Definitely stay here if you are coming to Ta Van!!

Don’t think twice about booking this place. The hospitality of this family is amazing. The mom will cook the best dinner you’ll have in Vietnam while the 2 boys will help her out and also you with whatever you need. Free rich breakfast and lots of fruit. The view from the private rooms is incredible and it’s a great authentic experience. Super quiet, being in the middle of a village just outside SaPa. Highly recommended.

Host is amazing, speaks great English and is thoughtful and friendly. Rooms and common areas are extremely clean and bright. The location is beautiful, perfect for exploring the whole valley. The views are picturesque. It is nice and peaceful, with fresh air and quiet (away from busy roads). We rented the host’s motorbike and went to SaPa. Also hiked one morning and one afternoon exploring bamboo forests, waterfalls, other villages and view points.
