The room was small but comfortable with TWO beside lamps (which are sadly missing in a lot of guesthouses). There was a small kitchen to use and a table and chairs to eat our food at. There seemed to be a comfortable lounge area in another part of the house, but we did not use it. We were able to park our bakkie on the premises behind a locked gate. Max, the receptionist was pleasant and helpful. A very pleasant stay.

We walked through the door and entered this absolutely beautiful and special little oasis. It has everything you need and really invites one to have a braai in the courtyard and whilst waiting for the fire to get ready you can hop in the splash pool to cool off. Dawid and Karlien are great and very responsive hosts. Next time we come we will definitely use some of the services they offer such as a home cooked dinner and having our car washed after all the sand.

Spandau Manor is a place not far from the main square so it was easy to find. We were contacted by the host shortly after making booking and were provided with contact details and all information regarding how to get to the property. Rooms were very clean with extra blankets for cold nights and TV had from Netflix, Disney, Showmax... many channels we could choose from. Host family was very friendly and helpful. Hope to be able to stay there during the future visits again.

The owners were extremely friendly. They sat and talked with us a bit. They gave us advise to a place to eat dinner. It was within walking distance. The streets felt safe to walk at night there. Alot of police presence.
