What a gorgeous place off the beaten path. Sone, the manager while we were there, was so helpful. She obviously loves the farm and her job. The food was world-class and some of the best we ate in country, particularly the ostrich fillet. There must have been 15 kinds of cheese at breakfast and even more jellies and jams! Our room was warm and so beautifully decorated with a large porch to sit and watch the sheep.

Our hostess (Rentia) was so lovely. The house was amazing - simply furnished, very clean and tidy and such great craftsmanship. The breakfast was also delicious. What a treat! Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We felt very taken care of. Highly recommend.

The chalets are superb and cozy with dreamy views of the mountain! We enjoyed the large grass lawn, swimming pool, trampoline and pony rides for the kids immensely. A short drive to the large dam nearby was also very nice. It is such a relaxing space to be in and we were so happy with a delicious preordered dinner on arrival!

Very helpful staff that helped us organize a meal (braii+ sides) onsite and breakfast at the farm for a group of 10. Especially with loadshedding occuring as we arrived this was extremely helpful. The cottages give a rustic vibe and are conveniently located on the N2 (but far enough that its traffic is not disturbing). Remember you are in the countryside, keep your lights off and doors closed if you dont want bugs inside
