Words cannot describe the beauty of where these chalets are located. The room came with complimentary firewood and the staff were amazing. They went out of their way for us! Relaxing stay in a beautifully decorated, grand farmhouse. We loved the Kolkol hot tub, formal gardens, evening braai and mountain views. Super basic and farm-style (old-school) accommodation. Perfect for switching off from the hustle and bustle of city life. It has beautiful walks and a super accommodating host. They even showed the kids some lambs and showed us a path to visit the river. It also had solar back so that load shedding does not affect your stay.
