The property is great for those who want to have a Tuscan stay experience. The decor is tastefully vintage, all the facilities are available as mentioned, a fully functional kitchen, outdoor table setting and lounge chairs. The house is clean and the rooms are spacious as well. The location is ideal if you want to explore the town of Florence as well as the smaller villages of the Tuscan countryside. The host is responsive and very helpful. We had an emergency situation which was taken care of by the host promptly. Only word of advice to people is ensuring they have their own vehicle as public transportation is disjointed and the location is slightly away from the Certaldo train station. But if you have your vehicle then it's definitely the place to go!

Everything! The host quickly answered all our questions. Car is park in front of the appartement. It’s fully equipped location with a lot of space. Nothing missing.

Old fashioned apartment at farm, but very nice and extremely comfortable, the bed is the best one I ever slept on. Great value for reasonable price! And hosts are also very nice, provided us with bottle of wine and olive oil for cooking and even with eggs when we asked to buy some from their chickens for breakfast. Real gem!

We had the warmest welcome, and advice on what to do for the day. Our room had the best view, we would have loved to have stayed a few nights. We booked to have dinner at Il Rosolaccio, we were so happy we did it was the best meal we had in our stay in Italy as well as the most beautiful setting. So much attention to detail, the owners are passionate about their beautiful hotel and could not have done more to make us feel so at home. The breakfast too was absolutely amazing, thank you for arranging an early start for us. We felt so spoilt and appreciated every little detail of our stay.

Roberta is a great host, she helped with all our questions, advised good places to visit. The place is fantastic - very nice room, bed, very clean. Additionally I would admit the view from room - it's amazing! Breakfasts were very tasteful!

The owner, Cristian, was extremely attentive and welcoming. Always available for any need. We found a welcome basket at our arrival and he also presented us with pastries on the third day. He also gave us a discount because the air conditioning broke down before our arrival and needed fixing (fortunately it was fixed by the second day of our stay, so we did not have to suffer the heatwave)
