Located right on the Baltic coast, in a quiet area in the Limbazi region, the family run Guest House Vidlauči offers accommodation with sea views. Excellent food by the lovely owner, actually it was exceptional fresh produce (probably grown in the garden)...home cooking at it's finest. The property was lovely and although it needs finishing touches, this didn't bother us.

The owner of the place advised us with many different activity options as well as organized for us Christmas dinner in the local winery. For our Christmas familyu trip the place was just perfect and we did enjoy country side with all it can offer, staring from animal farms untill horse ride in the sledge. It will be one of the of memorable holdiays for sure. Absolutelly recomeneded!

Boasting lake views, Villa Avoti offers accommodation with a private beach area, a garden and a shared lounge, around 47 km from Riga Motor Museum. The hosts were able to accommodate us even though we booked in the middle of the night. The first place we booked canceled on us last minute so we were so grateful to the staff at Villa Avoti for taking us in. They not only hosted us, but also upgraded our room to a very romantic suite. All together we were very satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again if the occasion occurred.

Host was very accommodating even though our arrival was late notice and for an unusual timeframe. House was well set up with heaters turned on and we enjoyed our regrettably brief stay.
