The location is simply fabulous and the hotel cannot be beaten on convenience and price. All staff were friendly and helpful without exception. We were on a bed and breakfast basis. Breakfast was always plentiful and high quality. We ate supper in the restaurant one night. It was excellent and very good value. The bar area is informal and welcoming. The linked ski hire shop is fantastic. The pool and leisure facilities are a lovely add on. One of our party needed to work for a day during our stay. The staff could not have been more helpful and a private conference room was made available. We travelled with two dogs and when this hotel says 'dog friendly' it really is. Compared to similar hotels in the French Alps the Llop Gris is a refreshing change and superb value. We would not hesitate to return.

Close to the ski slopes and several places to eat. Good bus service if required. Restaurant next to Manacor supermarket excellent and San Pietro (Italian) very good. A few places use only QR codes to access menu and costs, not good if you do not have data on phone as not in EU.

Small village but in the middle of the range so easy access to a variety of runs. Small mix of good reasonably priced restaurants (Italian, Thai, local …) up the hill (!) in the village BUT book in advance rather than walk up. Great skiing area well serviced by a gondola a comprehensive lift system and facilities. Book skis and boots on line its cheaper. Use the ski lockers at the gondola station. The gondola station includes the ski school office and lift pass office.

It was clean, comfortable, well maintained and charming - having everything you could need. The pool was great (and bigger than expected). The breakfast was generous with a huge range of options and the evening meals were delicious. Above all, the hotel staff were professional, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. The apartment we was given at the hotel reception was a 25 minute walk up a steep mountain road which was not suitable for all our guests as not all are in good health. The hotel said they only managed the property and there was nothing they could do.

The apartment is not far from the 2 skilifts from El tarter, only you need to walk uphill, so a locker is recommended.
