A lovely very well designed apartment, well equipped and very comfortable. The management were outstanding - couldn’t have been more helpful. The terrace is huge & direct pool access would be really appreciated in warmer weather.

My husband and I have been going to the Ramada in Shoal Bay for years. In fact, we got married at the Ramada.
This visit, was for our 10th wedding anniversary and the Ramada staff really did spoil us with beautiful decorations on our bed, a bottle of champagne, a box of lovely chocolates and a card from the staff. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary so special.
We love everything about the Ramada, the location, the restaurants, the bay, the people, the staff. Everyone is so friendly and so accommodating. It is a beautiful spot to visit if ever you get the chance.

We had a lovely early Christmas with our children and our 5 grandkids aged 4 to 9. The house was well equipped, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The spa bath and pool were a hit with all. We walked to the local for lunch which had great playground in the beer garden for the kids and the meals were delicious. The beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. We all will definitely be back! Highly recommend a visit to Tea Gardens.

We were in Tea Gardens for business, attending the Seniors Expo. We didn't get enough time to go to as many of the sights as we would have liked but I would highly recommend that you take the time to visit the beaches, walk around the town and go for long drives in all the little nooks and crannies. It is a very beautiful place to visit. My colleague mentioned that she will be back and bringing her husband for a nice weekend.

The only (minor)criticism would be that we were not given face washers and hand towels for the final night but the motel seemed very busy and this may have just been an oversight and we did not worry about asking

Tea Gardens for us has most everything - especially but not definitively away from school holidays - access to an ocean beach for morning walks, just great fish & chips at Ship Ahoy and of course Tillerman's Restaurant (French themed & just so special) as well as Mumm's if you like seafood!
It was clean, & very spacious with great views over the inlet. There was a garage for our vehicle and a washing machine if needed. The master bedroom had a fabulous ensuite with a spa bath. The balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sun, breeze on a warm day and the view. And the BBQ was in good condition. Plenty of room for two couples to have their own space as well. It was located in a nice quiet area but easy walk in to Tea Gardens. The agent was nice and gave us a late checkout.
Good sized room with plenty of space for a family of 4! Direct access to the club which has an outdoor playground. Discount on drinks and meals for staying at the hotel.
Pool was clean and well maintained.
Parking right outside the room.
Quiet and comfortable, we all got a good nights sleep here :)
The house is very well presented, comfortable, and is within walking distance from Tea Gardens cafes and restaurants. The deck area is great to relax while trying to spot some wildlife in the bush behind the house. The hosts are quick to respond.
The room was very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and I even got to meet the local Puss Cat :) and it was also nice having a spa in the bathroom which was very rare in a 3 star hotel I would definitely stay there again :)
All was comfortable.
I appreciate the idea is no cooking, but not even a knife to cut a salad?
Otherwise, faultless.
Appreciate the stay and the motel cats were quite friendly, approachable and affectionate
We loved it all. Very well equipped , really comfy beds , fabulous back deck. Beautiful sunny front deck. Short walk to boat ramp and Tea Gardens Hotel Everyone was really happy
The motel is conveniently located in town and next to the local club which offers excellent food (at a discount for people staying at the motel). The internet access was very good.
This is our second stay at Tea Gardens and once again the room, meals , service and staff were great. We would never stay anywhere else. thank you for a great time.
Location is great. Easy to walk into the main part of Tea Gardens, and everything else is an easy short drive away. The pool layout is both big and fantastic.
we wanted to go to port stephens
which was on other side of the bay and we were
misled by your advert saying it was there when in fact it was in tea gardens
I miss having a microwave. The surrounding looked great but untidy... Nowhere to park .To be fair .The unit was impeccable compared to the hotels rated 3
