The property has a great location, waking up to the sound and the view of the sea is an unforgettable experience. It’s also close to the beach, the town, and the cliff walk. The studio was comfortable and nicely decorated, plus it had all necessary amenities. The host was helpful and kind and we had an easy check-in and communication. Definitely recommend and would love to visit again. Thank you!

The location was great, just a few minutes from the harbour and main square of the town. It was quiet, and a nice view of the harbour. The property had a pleasant garden at the back, and barbeque facilities. Our room was lovely with a airy balcony looking out to the harbour. Plenty of free parking. Axtopol itself is very charming and a great atmosphere and we loved it. Amazing food at the nearby Tixata Laguna owned by local fishermen!

Ahtopol is a preferred destination for me because the weather has almost always been sunny and the small town is not overly built up like most Bulgarian Black Sea resorts. The natural beauty of the location has not been taken away and I hope they keep it that way.
It is very easy to get around Ahtopol, the people living in the town are very friendly. The houses have well-kept gardens with beautiful flowers. The town is full of fig trees.
The restaurant on the pier with the white tables is a very nice place and the food is delicious. The service was top-notch.

There are a couple of places where you can eat that definitely worth to try.
The best place for us was Veranda di Mare, where we found the best dishes in town. Another one was Deja Vu, the only place where you can enjoy a nice shisha at a decent price.

The self-catering apartment was great.
The self-catering apartment was great. The resort was good quality in general. Restaurant food was very good and served in generous portions. The staff were pleasant, wherever we went. We were there in high Summer. It was hot so we intend to return at a cooler time of year and do some sightseeing, further afield.
We ate at the Museum restaurant a few times and then at the 4 Captains. Seafood was fresh and well-cooked.
Ahtopol is a small fishing village and so not difficult to navigate.
There are small boats that take passengers along the coast a few miles.

Ahtopol itself is not a big town and it is a real pleasure walk around its streets populated by lots of tourists, to taste different dishes in the restaurants or simply to look at the small shops in the streets. Ahtopol has a very specific shore line and people have succeeded to maintain a relatively nice beach with sufficient number of umbrellas and sunbeds, small cafeteries and luncheonettes. The beach is good for families with children, but it is also a suitable place for the ones that love swimming and scuba diving. However reaching the beach is not that easy. There is still asphalt road to the Ahtopol beach missing, that turns this nice place a bit abandoned by the the town municipality.

Great vibe - a quiet little coastal town, the exact opposite of the crazy party capitals of classless "tourism" revolving around alcohol, drugs and prostitution. Ahtopol is truly a lovely town. Has nice places where to eat, very walkable, not congested with car traffic, has nice places by the sea and a big and beautiful beach plus places that open up gorgeous views. Local people that we met at shops & eating venues set a very pleasant impression with their friendliness :)
This hotel is close both to the beach and to the central streets of the city. Everything is within 10 mins reach. We had a really beautiful view of the city and a bit of the sea, and watched a thunderstorm. The room was spacious enough, even too much for two people. The AC was working alright, which is one of the main things in hot weather. Hosts were friendly, eager to help, easy to communicate with.
It was one of the last cheap options when I booked, so I'm pretty happy with what I got!
Nice and tidy hotel. Friendly staff, reacting properly to all kind of cases. Location is ok, close by to Ahtopol beach. Streets in the area are in desperate need of repair though!
There is a beautiful terrace on top of the hotel! We really enjoyed late evenings there and having the pleasure of watching the picturesque sunsets!!!
The bed was very comfortable, the pillows too! And of course the elevator was a great plus to all the other pros…
Located 5 min walk from the beach, a new and comfortable little hotel. Equally close to the town centre with all the attractions and restaurants. Enough parking space in the vicinity.
Very friendly and helpful staff, readily going out of their way to satisfy the guests.
The apartment is quiet, clean and well equipped. A nice balcony for an evening drink in the fresh air.
Although a new hotel, it brings in lots of experience in terms of service. The facilities were top, including the outdoor swimming pool. The staff was exceptional in their personal approach to our requests (1 adult with 2 kids). You can hardly find a place with a better sea view and closer to the beach. Loved every bit of it and would definitely consider it again!
Extremely nice and quiet place. The hosts are great people and infinitely kind and responsive. We would definitely stay there when we visit Ahtopol again. The rooms are large, have air conditioning, cable and everything you need. There is a car park opposite the hotel, where you can always find a free space. We really liked it, we recommend with 2 hands!
The hotel has a really good location, the view over the sea is spectacular. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming, she also knows French, which was a surprise and an opportunity to practice our French :) The wi-fi is good, there are restaurants nearby, there's free parking in front of the hotel.
Amazing, calm and super Friendly host. Able to speak German, English, Bulgarian and Russian. Gave us really good tips for things to visit and restaurant. Absolutely cool hotel with a nice view. Breakfast is homemade with lots of love. As a home base for the South Coast line, you cannot go wrong! Free parking!
The location of the hotel on the cliff and the beautiful sea view from the room and the balcony were great. The owner was helpful and friendly. Breakfast menu very simple but good. At a distance of about 7 kilometers there is also a very nice natural beach at the mouth of the river Veleka.
The hotel is at perfect location, very close to the beach, you can see it from your window. There is a parking space right across the street which was also very nice. The room was very spacious, clean and bright and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and nice.
Perfect location, very silent and relaxing. Very nice view of the fishermen's port, close to Ahtopol city center.
The apartment is spotlessly clean and have almost all you may need for a short/ medium stay.
Definitely not a location for those looking for nightlife or beach proximity
The hotel is great, clean, nice room furniture and bathroom fixtures. The panoramic terrace is great for late night dinner or morning coffee. The hotel is just a 4 minute walk from the beach and also from the central street. I recommend the hotel for both short and long stay.
Wonderful hotel, everything was brand new and spotless clean. Good-sized room with lots of storage space. The rooftop terrace is amazing.
We had a balcony with a nice view of the bay. The hotel is very close to the beach and only a few minutes away from the main street.
The best place to stay in Ahtopol! It's lovely - the house, the location, the view, everything was perfect! It was so clean and everything in was brand new and so beautiful. Thanks!
The hosts were very kind and helpfull, the room was perfect and all in all I would 100% recommend it to anybody who is looking for a nice and good value in Ahtopol
The hotel is close to the beach, very clean and the personal is very welcoming. There is a big terrace on the top with sea view. Very nice place for you vacation.
