What I thought I booked a room with a seating area and a small kitchen with microwave and mini fridge was not at all what I received. When I showed the picture of the room I was told that it is not a room they have in the facility and Booking.com was told to remove the photos as they show a false idea of the room. There was a couch -in the hallway - the fridge was full size and turned on every 20 mins with a loud roaring noise and there was a full size stove in the room which we did not need. I WANTED the sitting area but the facility was fully booked and no other room was available. Also the pool area did not match the pictures online either. It was a full and complete disappointment and I will not book with booking.com or Sandman ever again. I feel like I was lied to.

The room was clean and there was hardwood rather than carpet, that is always great. It was not within walking distance to restaurants on a very hot night, if it was cooler it would have been. We had no coffee in our room and the shower curtain was torn. There was no one in the office, just a phone# so we didn't bother to change.
