És una casa acollidora, bonica, amb història que fa que hi estiguis més agust. És troba en una zona tranquil·la fora de Lugano. Que la veritat s'agraeix és un lloc agradable d'estar. Si vas en cotxe perfecte sinó hi ha un autobús que para l'estació de tren q et deixa al costat de la casa.

Les habitacions estan bé però els hi falta una renovació. També és cert que Suïssa és molt car i potser la relació qualitat-preu és diferent.
