The apartment is good and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The terrace had a nice view, and the building has its own safe parking lot. It was a bit complicated with the key at the start, but somehow, we managed.

Go to Bissone if you have a car and if you are Italian, or know the language well. Bissone is roughly 20 mins away by car from Lugano and has a railway connection in the nearby town of Melide. From Melide to Bissone a traveller can go on foot as there is a promenade along the lake. This promenade is one of the most beautiful I have found in Lugano, it is worth going to Bissone, just for its sake.RoxanaUnited Kingdom

The room was nice and clean, great staff everywhere and especially at the restaurant, good food and we had also a nice gift for our daughter due to Easter (chocolate eggs). We came by car and the hotel has an inside garage which was a good option for us. Overall very well maintained hotel with attention to details and customer oriented. Then the location outside Lugano that can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The restaurant was nice: we had one dinner and all breakfast. No complaint. Staff extremely friendly. The garage is very practical. There is a nice pool that we did not use. Dinner on the terrace is great. This hotel deserves more stars.
