The room was spacious and the personnel very helpful. A bus station for Lucerne is across the street and buses run until midnight to take you to Lucern. The view was incredible. We loved sitting on the balcony and taking it all in. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel is in a great location. It's only a 15 minute walk from the station. Would love to come back and visit again someday!
