Hotel was beautiful and well placed near the river. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They speak good English and helped us to book a tour with local driver and also book our bus to Longji. They coordinated everything and it wouldn’t be an awesome stay without their help. Highly recommended this place to all the foreigners.

The staff were very warm and welcoming, they helped us book a taxi on a national holiday when we couldn't find one at all ourselves. The location is perfect, beautiful views, a little outside yangshuo but very close to li river and countryside for biking /hiking. The room was beautifully decorated but the amenities were not very good. Our main shower head was broken and only the small sprayer was working. When we raised this, we were told to just use the small one - really not ideal. Additionally, the room comes with a bath tub but they didn't have anything bathing products (bubble bath etc) which dampened the experience.

Great location! Many things walkable. Pedestrian street with nice bars and restaurants are also very nearby! Convenient store right next to hotel. We booked the corner room which was spacious and super comfortable! Location is quiet and a shirt walk or shuttle into the main town. Staff we very friendly and the restaurant served western food (which one may crave after a while)

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Always on hand to deal with any request or question. Helped arrange scooters and excursions tickets. Even following a power cut, they still served breakfast and made every effort to continue normal operations. Both breakfast and evening meals were great.
