The best part of our stay was the hotel room and the staff.
The best part of our stay was the hotel room and the staff. The room was modern, very well appointed and immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Lutz, the manager, made us feel very welcome. He has a great knowledge of the area, in particular the wines and wineries, and made many suggestions for our future stays. The only aspect of our stay that the host could improve, in our view, is the manning of the reception. There was no-one on the reception when we arrived at 19:15 and no-one attended after ringing the desk bell. We had to go and look for someone to assist us. That said, we will most definitely stay at the Romantic Hotel Villa Sayn again.

Temperature in the room was confortable 22 degres ,NOT to Hot. Breakfast was tasty and also for people that are hungry in the morning enought. Hotel is Pet friendly and the price for Dog 9€ is akceptable,fair price. Location is top for valking,cycling.....

The suite was large, having a saina in your room makes the whole sauna expereience very comforable.
