The location was right next to the beach and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was nice especially Cloudia. He was very accommodating and helpful.

Hotel room had a great vue to the beach, the location was awesome, close to local life and restaurants. The food of the hotel restaurant is really good! Down side is you have to be patient some time and lower your expectation and understand the local culture. Owner of the Hotel and people who work there are really nice and lovely. Will.come back next time.

    The resorts are great, and food generally good.

    The resorts are great, and food generally good. It would absolutely be possible to spend an entire week onsite and never leave. We chose to do activities one day and the next day hang out, which gave us the perfect amount of doing things and relaxing. All Dominicans we interacted with, whether they spoke my native tongue, English, or not, were helpful, friendly and fun. Be careful when shopping at small independent shops with currency, especially if you are quoted in US dollars and pay in DR pesos, I actually paid more than twice what I was told the item would cost, and was asked for almost 4 times the agreed upon amount. It was my fault for not checking exchange rates on the spot. I, however, feel extremely privileged and do not hold any ill feelings, while deceitful, it may be very helpful to the seller, and didn't hurt me at all. Would love to come back to Punta Cana anytime!

    Absolutely beautiful beaches.

    Absolutely beautiful beaches. Lovely Caribbean vibe on the beaches, with loungers, music, great fresh juice and fresh fruit cocktails. Outside the beaches it wasn’t our favourite place to visit, but for a beach vacation we definitely recommend it.

    I booked a stay in White Sands at Residential Carey from January 1-April 30. The complex and grounds are beautiful Unit C1-2 is nice but it is tired. The pictures are not an accurate reflection of the unit. The curtains are dirty, the furniture is worn, uncomfortable and dirty. The mattresses are horrible. We have been battling termites and roaches. Gregory the care taker has been very attentive however the bug problem is still ongoing. There is no clubhouse and the shuttle is a hit and miss. The driver takes a siesta from 12-2 daily. There is really nothing to do in the area and if you have any mobility issues forget about walking. The local bus service is great. It only costs a $1 and it takes you to Jumbo to get your groceries. One month would have been more than enough here. I did spend a weekend and at Cap Cana and I can’t say enough about how beautiful that place is. I loved it there. Lots to do and so many great restaurants.

    We stayed in Bravaro Beach area. The beaches were super pretty! The water was gorgeous and clear (you could see fish swimming nearby from the surface). A good bit of seaweed, but not enough to be super annoying. There are vendors that will come up to you on the beach, but they aren’t super pushy (especially if you know a bit of Spanish)

    The beaches and sea views are awesome. People are very kind and proactive. Negative: Be very careful at the airport! We almost got conned by an "exclusive" cab service. Luckily there was a very kind Tourist Policeman who helped us get our money back, and choose a professional transportation service.

    My experience was wonderful this trip was family and I want to thank all the people who work in Occidental Punta Cana for their service, they were all super friendly and very affectionate, I thank Reyna for her hospitality, I also thank Darlin, Lucieni Abad and Victor their manager for the excellent customer service I felt like in a 5 star hotel thanks for the affection and love for their work, the truth I consider this is something that we all want to have when we go on vacation thank you very much Dominican Republic is in my heart.

    NothiRate Hotel Maracas Punta Cana, it is the most filthy hotel I have ever been, many prostitutes, very dirty, bad attention, a King size mattress on a queen bed, the mattress was so bad that when you lay down your body touched the bottom wood, very cheap but very disgusting, neither the hotel nor BOOKING is worth it. COM, THEY ARE THIEVES, THEY DID NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KELLY RENTAL CAR AND I HAD TO PAY AGAIN FOR THE CAR I RENT, booking.com charged me for the car again, I do not recommend them to anyone.ng.

    Location right on the beach, very good breakfast with your feet in fine sand! The room with a direct view of the ocean, a large terrace with a sofa, table and armchairs. I recommend for young couples. The hotel is in a neighborhood with barrier and guard (Los Corales), mini market. Clean rooms, AC, everything functional. Private beach with fixed umbrellas with dry palm leaves, services, shower. It's a restaurant on the beach, good music will play until 12:00 am ... at the latest!

    This is a rare find for such a popular destination. My wife and I enjoyed taking walks on the beach and strolling to a wide selection of restaurants. Literally, right on the beach and with an excellent ocean view. We liked that it is not on the ground floor. A couple of flights of steps to get into the apartment. Very nice and comfortable bedroom with a well furnished shared living room and kitchen. Once again, we consider this a rare find for us while vacationing at Punta Cana.

    The hotel is true luxury, with all the amenities you need and very comfortable beds with very nice soft sheets. The front desk manager was REALLY helpful too and communicated everything clearly and went way out of his way to be accommodating. Very kind person. Thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a place near the airport in Bavaro Punta Cana.

    We had a layover of 2 nights in the Dominican republic with flight in and out from Punta Cana. Sol Caribe Hotel was for us a perfect accommodation for our short stay with an excellent value for money. Very friendly people and positive vibes. Abundant food for breakfast - I loved the pancakes. We spent our full day at the beach which can be reached easily by the walking.

    Overall, I was surprised that the hotel was kept in good condition. The rooms are clean and renovated as well as air conditioning. The meals are still of a good standard. The employees are helpful and cordial. The staff on the beach 4 - exelent !- Super Nelson, Gustabo, Rafael and Elena. The GM of the facility is present and very hospitable - you see the new quality.

    First of all, we really would like to thank to owner of the place. He was so nice and helpful. He helped us with our planning and everything. Rooms are so clean. Food is delicious but especially Pina Colada was very very delicious. And their price is affordable. If you want to visit Punta Cana you should definitely choose this hotel.
