I got a free upgrade from side city to sea and pool view. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel with the great view of the sea and the pool. Receptionists were really friendly, also my daughter enjoyed the kids area and the breakfast was so good and had great variations of food.

Honestly, one of the best stays I've had in Alexandria. The location is spectacular with direct sea views in many rooms. The reception, house keeping, room service and restaurant staff were polite, welcoming, friendly, and accommodating
My room was upgraded prior to my arrival on very short notice upon my request. Mr. Ayman Zein from the hotel's reception/guest relations is one of the best hotel staff members I've ever dealt with. He'd follow up on a daily basis in case I needed something and would always look for feedback to improve/accommodate my stay as much as possible.
I'd definitely recommend the Sheraton to anyone looking for a wonderful private stay in Alexandria especially since the hotel is planning to open their private beach passes by June 2024.
