This was the worst hotel we ever booked.
This was the worst hotel we ever booked. Staff was noth working we booked a non smoking and it smelled for smoke. Window was not to fix during the night. the Walls are dirty. The entrace walk way was in a desolate state. The entrance lady was very nice.

Hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable. Had an excellent evening meal in the restaurant, best steak I have had for a long time. Just outside Dunkirk, it was convenient for what we wanted, a visit to the large Auchan at Grande Synthe and then setting off for the Channel Tunnel. We were on the ground floor, which meant that we were able to park the car immediately outside the room, which was a great help. The lady in reception was pleasant and very helpful (not always our experience at budget hotels).
