Great place to stop over on route somewhere. Small high street that had a few places to eat.

The hotel has no parking which is no problem during winter but would be very difficult in summer months.
The walking along the Seine was easy and interesting to watch the
ocean going ships making their way to Rouen.
We would definitely use the hotel again.
Local restaurants are few and expensive.

Very small village on the Seine with typical French old buildings. We stopped on our way to Spain. ( September) Unfortunately everything was closed on Tuesday, except the boulangerie. There are a couple of restaurant and bars. ( all closed, except our hotel restaurant and 1 other place opened at 19:00 hours) But there is a nice walk for the dog, past the Ferry.
For a stop it was OK and close to the motorway.

Great little place. 10 minutes into the centre of Rouen and 5 to the autoroute. However it feels quiet but in a good way. Plenty of cafes snd restaurants ands you can watch the boats go by. One bonus is that there is a little car ferry shuttling across the river so if you have the time it’s a lovely war to arrive!

Fantastic location by the river with views of boats and wildlife. The hotel is full of character and very professionally run with knowledgeable staff. La Bouille itself is a fascinating village with links to artists and writers and some very ancient houses. Monday is not a good day to arrive as the boulangerie and epicerie are shut. A trip across the river on the free ferry gives access to riverside walks.

The quiet village of La Bouille was an ideal resting place for a couple of nights. The village has a couple of nice restaurants. There is a relatively quiet road that follows the Seine for a considerable distance which would be good for cyclists and walkers alike. The surrounding countryside is quite beautiful. La Bouille is ideally situated for a visit to Rouen.
This is a gem! We fell in love with the house. It’s set right on the river so incredible views and also slap bang in the centre of town so incredibly convenient for the lovely eateries a stones throw away. The owner has thought of every comfort for their guests: coffee pods, tea, milk, shampoo, shower gel etc. Contrary to a previous review we thought the kettle was perfect! We are very grateful and would love to stay for longer next time in beautiful La Bouille. Thank you.
We booked for two nights, because we had happy memories of staying three years ago. Sadly we felt disappointed this time.
The young lady at reception was very welcoming, efficient and helpful, as were the serving staff at the evening meal. The food was OK, but not as good as we remembered.
The village is very pleasing, with a kind of casual charm. The hotel benefits from beautiful views of the River Seine.
The hotel is a beautiful village location on the banks of the Seine. We received a warm welcome, super breakfast and met friendly staff. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. We stayed one night as a stopover at the end of oit holiday and the hotel was perfect for this.
Stopover hotel while travelling down south. Fabulous views over the river and an exceptional restaurant with river views. Great location, have a wonder around the village there’s plenty to see. Very friendly staff, have booked my return stay as it’s a lovely hotel.
Breakfast was very nice. Good choice of fresh and appealing options. Help yourself buffet. 12 euros per person. Friendly staff on reception. Hotel is overlooking the River Seine which was beautiful. Good location for a stop over on journey further south.

Excellent location. Good buffet breakfast but we were asked to pay despite saying it was included on
