The staff. They were all lovely. As helpful as they could be considering what they are working with. They did their best to resolve the issue we had. The staff, especially the gentleman, on reception, who checked us in and was mostly whom we dealt with, as well as the room addentant/cleaning lady - they were great! Really helpful, friendly & accommodating, there was also a lady on reception one of the days we were there and she was lovely also! Cannot fault the staff in any way! They were all brilliant.
The room was cleaned well despite the property's condition. The location is great.

The rooms were lovely - fairly simple but provided everything a guest requires in a modern world. The restaurant serves one menu (3 courses) a day. There is no choice but the food was wonderful. The personnel in the hotel were always very helpful and friendly. This is a hotel I would strongly recommend.

-I liked that there was a coffee machine (Nespresso) inside the room and an electric kettle, although only two capsules of coffee per day were offered and only two bags of tea per day. There could be some more capsules of coffee or more tea bags for one day inside the room by reason of the higher prize for the rooms compared to other hotels in France.
-The coffee offered at breakfast was made by a French press and was good. When asking for it, it was possible to have some cheese for breakfast, even though in smaller amounts.
- The staff helping with the breakfast was friendly and polite.
