A lovely little village - great location to stay if you are spending the day at the Eagle Heights Foundation. The Castle Hotel and Pub was an excellent place to stay, both the accommodation and pub/restaurant were great. Lovely rooms and a varied option of food for dinner.

Eynsford is a very pretty Kent village, it has 4 good pubs, The Plough serves great food even on a Sunday evening. It has 2 quite quaint village shops & a traditional butchers. The Ford is very pretty & popular with children in the warm weather. There are also two churches.There is Eynsford Castle ruins for a short stroll & a short walk along the river to the viaduct. Very nearby is Lullingstone Roman Villa , definitely worth a visit & Lullingstone Castle. Plenty to do for a small village.DeniseUnited Kingdom

Great tea and coffee options to choose from. There's a good choice of breakfast.. the full English breakfast was very tasty. Friend and I had an evening meal at the hotel restaurant, it was a very good dinner, we had the lamb, the fish and the Eynsford Mess. It was beautifully presented and really delicious. We will definitely be eating at the restaurant again.
