The location was great with the river and walks that I took with my two dogs. The food was excellent. Room was clean and tidy and we got a good nights sleep in the large bed.

Ideal as we had to travel early and it's right next to the station. Very nice, comfortable, clean. Easy check in and check out. We could check in quite early.

Old fashioned but clean and a really big room. The carpet had a few marks but that happens ...it was clean. The member of staff who checked us in was very pleasant. Maybe it could do with staff having a smart uniform...which would raise the initial opinion of the hotel.

We didn't actually venture into Great Corby itself as we stayed at the string of horses, and travelled over the border to Gretna Green and Dumfries, which were within easy reach by car. We also visited Hadrian's wall. A lovely area.
