Very nice location in small village (Manthorpe) outside the Market town of Bourne. Property stay is the annexe above a garage; warm and comfortable and very well equipped for B&B stay. Wonderful and friendly host, Liz. 😎 Very good Continental breakfast supplied.

Pleasant unexpected overnight stay arranged at the last minute due to vehicle problems.
Welcoming and friendly staff who even though I arrived quite late showed me to my room and couldn't be more friendly.
The morning dawned to reveal a lovely view over the fields and my breakfast was a delight, freshly prepared and well balanced.
I wish I had been staying more than one night.

Lovely rural location, quiet. Friendly staff.
Lovely rural location, quiet. Friendly staff. Clean accommodation but the beds were rather uncomfortable - mattresses weren't very supportive. There is no local shop, the only place within the village to go in the eventing is the Willoughby Arms but it was lively early evening

We were made to feel so welcome and it was so comfortable...
We were made to feel so welcome and it was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable so we had a good nights sleep. So peaceful and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A beautiful wild garden to sit and have a drink with lovely views. Good beers and gins at a friendly bar. Evening menu was varied with plenty of choice beautifully cooked. Breakfast was perfect with plenty to choose from. Scenery around us was beautiful. The history of the pub and around was so interesting.
We will definitely return at some time.
Immaculate & beautiful conversion filled with all the right things.
A joy to stay there and we will book again the next time we see our friends in Little Bytham.
