The bed was so comfortable. Room was basic but had everything needed. The staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfast was lovely.

The apartment was awful, dirty, the shower didn’t work, brown across the ceiling, food up the walls and the toilet must have been leaking as urine and water was coming through the toilet when you stood on the floor boards.

Typical student town, with many young people in evidence.
Typical student town, with many young people in evidence. Safe, friendly feel to the town, even in the evening at the weekend. Lots of variety in the restaurants and cafés, good shopping with some very good independent shops, as well as the usual chains.

To be honest I wouldn't go to Loughborough on holiday but its a nice town. If you like a drink check out Moonface brewery. The market in the town is on twice a week and is nice.
Very comfortable room with three single beds in a lovely house. This room was booked for our two daughters and friend. The youngest was graduating from Loughborough university and unfortunately, due to Covid circumstances, we couldn't travel to attend the ceremony. However, we arranged for flowers to be delivered to the room and Derek, very kindly, helped us in making her day very special. He was extremely responsive and ever so helpful. And the girls absolutely loved the breakfast!!! Perfect location too.
Breakfast was perfectly adequate. No cooked food included (available at a cost) but the continental was extensive and well presented. The room looked impressive, was clean and comfortable. Parking was tight but it was free and just enough for the number of visitors. Convenient location for Loughborough town centre.
We had dinner in the restaurant and we highly recommend it. High quality, substantial portions and plenty of choice. An authentic Italian restaurant. Service too was very attentive.
The hotel is in a good location, about 5mins off M1, stayed here for a visit to Donington park. The room was a good size, had a bath and a shower. The ground floor reception area was bright and open with seating arranged around it. The bar was in this area so easily accessible. The breakfast was also served in this area, plenty of choices from cold to hot traditional but all self service. All in all a great find and not expensive either.
Getting to the apartment from the train station was an easy walk. The area and location were nice - great places to eat and enjoyable to walk. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. Tom was amazing to work with. My trip could have been a disaster because of my mistakes, but Tom saved the day!! I would highly recommend this apartment - and the next time I go back to Loughborough, I will definitely try to stay here again!
I was dropping my son to start his first year at University and we flew over from Ireland. A delayed flight meant we didn't get to the hotel until after midnight but staff replied to queries posted on Booking.com and the receptionist was expecting us. Great location on campus. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms with enough plugs to satisfy any teenager and sufficient heating and ventilation.
Location is just a short walk from the centre of town. We were visiting the University which was a short drive away. The B&B itself is a charming building and decor, room was large with an ensuite bathroom, bed very comfortable and breakfast served well. The host, Les, was very welcoming. We will be staying here again.
The staff were exceptional. I’d had a busy day at work and booked last minute. Room facilities were basic but cheap. The meal was amazing as were the team. The lady who cooked the amazing meal, came to check if it was ok. Too much food, they put in the fridge for me to take home. So lovely
Good location a short walk from Loughborough town centre. Bus stop to Leicester close by. Friendly helpful staff. There is spa and hot tub facilities but I didn’t have time to use these but would love to next visit. Tea anc coffee facilities in room and TV with free view .
The Ramada I found was off centre of Loughborough which was great as it is just five minutes from the town centre. However for me I wanted a location which was walking distance to the Great Central Railway and the hotel ticked all the right boxes for me.
Perfect location for my son's interview at the university. Quiet location, although the restaurant was not open the incredibly helpful and patient manager guided us to a restaurant where we had an excellent dinner.
The hotel reception was good as was the room. Clean, tidy and well presented. Corridors were kept cool due to open doors to facilitate covid restrictions. Bar was good and staff there very friendly and helpful.
All staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed.
Easy walk into town.
We had the breakfast big and very good.
Lovely walk around lake nearby.
For ourselves an easy walk to the crematorium.
Pleasant helpful staff, comfortable bed, convenient location for Loughborough/university and wider countryside, and, a wide variety of quality breakfast products. Overall, a good value hotel.
Great house for a weekend in Loughborough and very accessible for the university campus.
The weather was great fir the weekend so we enjoyed having table and chairs in the garden
