The hotel/accommodation was located in the city centre and a walking distancd from most of the attractions. There are a number of restaurants and pubs also in walking distance. I didn't eat the breakfast provided since I had to catch up on sleep but it id continental brekfast with fruits, pastry (although not freshly baked), juice and teo types of cereal with milk provided. The room was on a smaller size with the bed squashed to the wall. Bathroom was clean.
Staff on day shift was a kind and professional melaninated lady who eas helpful.
It has a lift for those woth luggage or any temporary or permanent mobility impairment.

Very modern and not just your average grey hotel rooms.
Very good value for money. There were three of us.
Very good value for money. There were three of us. This was perfect as it's bigger than a hotel room. It has a nice kitchenette so you can prepare food then and there. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of take-away in the vicinity. Very close (5 mins by car) to major shopping area. Easy enough access into Belfast. The parking was tight, but at least it's free and the car wasn't out on the street. I would stay again.
Second time staying in this fantastic suite in a fantastic location. Owners again helpful if needed, but create privacy when you stay there. Has its own private entrance. As this is my second review please see my previous one for full description of how great this place is. Why stay in a hotel when you can have home comforts in this modern, clean, cozy suite close to Belfast.
Great location on the edges of Belfast with a restaurant and full bar on site. The room was clean and well maintained. We dined at the restaurant and found the menu to have plenty of options. Prices were just right and the service was great. We enjoyed a pint after dinner in the lobby, after the restaurant closed, along with many others staying there.
The location of the hotel is excellent, really close to all local amenities and not far from Belfast. The hotels rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is included in the price and is tasty with lots of options available. The staff are polite and friendly and have excellent chat. The bar also offers some great food and drink options.
Everything was clean and really lovely. Perfect for our weekend. Easy to get to, enough space for all of us. Lovely surprise to find milk, cereal and breakfast 😊 felt very private, we will definitely return when we stay with our friends as it was perfect distance to Newtownabbey where we needed to be. Thank you for having us!
staff were fantastic I arrived very early in the morning and they gave me an early check in, breakfast was excellent a really good choice of hot and cold options tea coffee, I had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was really good an overall great experience and would definitely stay here again. :)
Very clean, quiet, very cozy, close to some shops, parking spot, complete with amenities we needed. Right next to bus stops. Host are very friendly and attentive. The place is far better than staying in a hotel. Genuinely exceptional and highly rated!! Love this place!
Perfect location, incredibly helpful host Colm, TV with access to Netflix and other online services. The price is very attractive compared to hotels, but the privacy of a home is incomparable. We will definitely take advantage of your hospitality next time.
We loved everything about the property. It was cosy, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was really easy to get to Belfast town centre as the bus stops right outside the property. Parking was great. The host were lovely.
The hotel is great, the staff and the manager (who resolved an issue I had, professionally and quickly) The breakfast is not to be missed and if you have time try the Grill, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for a great time!
Everything was quality. Lorna was so helpful and assisted us amazingly. The food in the bar and grill was superb and the staff really lovely. The hotel clean and room was adequate. We will definitely return. Many thanks.
Requested a room with a view over fields at the rear of the hotel which was granted.
Breakfast was excellent freshly made each morning.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Staff great / hotel very clean and seemed recently fitted out (as many have coming out of lockdown) / fitness room somewhat 'makeshift' but did the job / evening meal v good
Beautiful hotel had a great room overlooking the sheep Pasture. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Walking distance to a local store for essential items.
