We had to cancel our breakfast as we were told that there would be a wait of 1/2 hr due to staff giving priority to non residents who had turned up on the day, a car rally or something….what was even more annoying was when we were leaving the property chefs/ kitchen staff were outside looking at said cars…this is unprofessional and unacceptable.
