The team at the hotel could not have done more to make our stay an incredibly pleasant and relaxing one. They were so helpful and looked after us, and our children, superbly well, and we want to say a big thanks to them all!

Beautiful and friendly. The village is lovely with a good choice of bars, cafes and restaurants. There are great walks and excellent opportunities for cycling.
There are some interesting shops too and if you're into tweed, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I would definitely recommend Pitlochry as a place to stay. Its at the heart of a fantastic part of the world. Mountains, Hills, Glens, Rivers. A gateway to so much more. The town is a great base. Full of places to eat, and a suprising amount of things to do. Just go.

We first visited Pitlochry in autumn 2019 - it was delightful then - it’s now spring 2024 - just as enjoyable, not a lot has changed. The main shopping precinct is busy with bus tours and particularly with tourists over the weekend - early mornings are best to get a seat in a coffee shop . To beat the crowds, take the suspension bridge across Tummel River to the Port-na-Craig area - the stone cottages and pub by the river bank is a tranquil area to enjoy. Continue along the walking path to the ‘salmon ladder’ and beyond to Faskally Wood or much further to the Killiecrankie Visitors Centre.

A thriving town with lots of independent shops to browse in, eateries & bars & the distillery. There are several museums & galleries. There are frequent drama productions. All the hotels were well signposted.
The scenery is superb with the River Tummel, lochside, woodland & mountain vistas.
Loch Faskally is absolutely stunning & Queens View is aptly named.
There are many walks available from Ben Vrackie 841m, to many waymarked walks in the forest parks. There is a great stroll down to the river & a nice park near the hotel.
Great for angling & cycling routes south of the river. The botany of the limestone outcrops is famous.

Lots of choices of restaurants / pubs.
Lots of choices of restaurants / pubs. Plenty of quaint shops on the high street. A good base for sightseeing. Short car journey from The House of Brewer. We stayed 1 night to break our journey up, so limited time to fully explore the area.
Booked through Hotels.com so got an excellent price. Breakfast were very good, however, unusually the cooked breakfast was not self service like most Hotels these days, but ordered through a waiter. There is a nice new swimming pool installed that I took advantage of as well. The staff especially on reception where very pleasant and welcoming. The Hotel is within a few hundred yards of the main street through Pitlochry, and should we go back to Pitlochry, we would have no hesitation booking this hotel again.
Amazing guest house in Pitlochry! We stopped by this town before heading to Skye. James was very helpful and accomodating! Ask him for tips and ideas about going around towns. Evern if were a group of 10 people, we were treated very well! Included a breakfast which was good! The rooms were clean and felt like home.
Location was superb as well! Right in the main road near all the restaurants and Blair Atholl Distillery.
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful spot, great choice at breakfast (including poached eggs on request which made me very happy). Staff are so helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious and comfy and the bathroom was excellent. Very close to the shops and restaurants in Pitlochry and the local visitor attractions.
We didn't try the restaurant in the evening but certainly will next time.
Very clean and comfortable. Attention to detail .Location and views were great. Karen is the entertainment but also a stickler for hygiene ad good practice. We had family staying in Pitlochry Hydro but they preferred visiting our hotel (mostly to see Karen ). On our next trip to Pitlochry we will definitely be booking again. Breakfast was lovely and very well presented.
Got to the hotel was met by the owner very friendly he even took our bag for us to the room.the room was spotless. the nxt morning for breakfast was really good and again I assume it was the owners wife very friendly.will definatly recommend and will definatly book again if we come back to pitlochry
Very easy to get on/off the A9 for travel. Space was large, modern and comfortable, while being in an old inn with a slate roof. Bed was more comfortable than most in Scotland. Diner next door was convenient for breakfast in the morning. Dinner was easy to get to in Pitlochry nearby.
Easy check in. 5 minute walk from the train station and right on the Main Street in Pitlochry. Friendly hosts. Great home-cooked hot breakfast. The room was small but we enjoyed the front sitting room. Beautiful landscaped yard with picnic tables.
Larger B and B with about 10 units. Comfortable and quiet, and breakfast was great. Price was higher than other places we stayed, but that may be the Pitlochry market. Owners weren’t there when we were, so didn’t meet them. No problems or issues.
From our welcome to Hotel then lovely clean accommodation Excellent Dinner & Breakfast could not fault anything Staff were very friendly & fantastic service throughout our stay Would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Pitlochry.
Beautiful guest house in perfect location close to town. We were able to park the car and walk to everything. Had dinner at The Fern Cottage and it was the best dinner we had in Scotland. Delicious breakfast and wonderful hosts.
Fishers hotel is located on the main street in Pitlochry, and very easy to find. It was also the pickup point for the Enchanted Forest experience, so was very convenient. The complimentary drink upon check-in was a nice touch.
The location- quiet on the riverside- perfect for swimming, walking and access to Pitlochry for the etape Caledonia. Comfortable beds, expectations and communications clear, plenty of hot water, warm cosy space to relax in.
Hotel was really clean and staff very friendly
We even got upgraded to a superior room..
Would not hesitate in going back..
Pitlochry is a lovely wee town..
Historic hotel with a nice pub attached, good breakfast and a lovely staff with a good sense of humor. Booked last minute and it turned out to be perfect.
