About 3 miles out of Usk town, superb country pub with cosy rooms, very comfy beds, newly appointed bathroom with large luxury shower. Meals in the pub were excellent, as was the breakfast which was included in the price. Large garden area. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Clean and quiet with fabulous food (roast) and great service . Comfortable beds. Polite and amusing staff . Really cheerful experience. A lovely night away. Staff really seem to care about service which makes a real change.

Very comfy bed. Good shower even though it was in the bath, so you had to climb in/out. Plenty of hot water and a good pressure. Accomodating staff. Pity about the false alarm fire alarm caused by someones bathroom door being open !!

While we chose the cooked breakfast, which was very good, we would normally expect to have a choice of eggs plus the option of cereal and fruit as well (not instead of), and additional choices of cooked, eg eggs Benedict, avocado, smoked haddock/kippers ……….
