The land lord and land lady were brilliant (sorry didn't get there names) very friendly and helpful. The bar was busy and found everyone friendly .I had mini bus and was nice that I could park in there large car park with no height barrier. The breakfast was amazing so tasty you get to pick what you want and was not expensive.

The hotel was in a good location and the room was clean. However, the sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I would have accepted that but the food was probably anti health and safety. The restaurant only really provided what could be put in an oven or warmed up. Very limited . Just pizza, pasta garlic bread or soup . The barman appeared to be the one in charge of the food. My 13 year old ordered pasta and garlic bread. The garlic bread looked fine until she took a bite and started to chew and almost vomited. The underside of the garlic bread was soggy, wet, a weird grey colour. Like putty. The top looked normal. It was awful. And alarming. We'd had a long day sightseeing and decided to eat at our hotel. We ended up not eating, and feeling disturbed by the food. It was very expensive considering it was oven pizza etc. And shockingly bad. They refunded us but we wanted a safe meal. It was horrible

Although the accomodation is linked to a pub, it is not over the bar or restaurant and has a separate entrance so we were not disturbed at all. There was ample parking on site and very friendly staff. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Although breakfast is not served, there is a kitchen which is well equipped for self service and plentiful milk, cereals, tea, coffee and bread for toast : perfect for our stay..... thank you Seven Stars!

We were travelling to a wedding in the local area, and it's a beautiful place to stay. The roads are a bit tight so if you're not a confident driver be warned! Really close to Bath too so if you want to pop into the city its not a long drive.
We definitely want to come back and explore Somerset some more!

Quiet village outside Bristol.
Quiet village outside Bristol. Nice village pub, good places to walk the dog etc. Great for overnight stays or up to a few days. Sedate and peaceful, so if you're looking for excitement, this place isn't for you.
We were placed in this accommodation last minute when our central Bath hotel was flooded. The Annexe is clean, spacious yet cosy and has on site parking which is a plus. The location was as advertised and meant we were further outside of Bath than we had hoped to be but the pleasant surroundings made up for it.
